Best campground in the Columbia,SC area. They are a great place to stay,Stephanie and her husband are the nicest people we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend this,quiet and close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here 3 months and loved it. A bit far from town, but that gives you the peace and quiet that makes this place special. The managers and owners are extremely friendly and helpful, checking on the campers and making constant improvements. My site didn't have a fire ring, so they set me up with one within a couple of days. Choice of shaded or open sites with clean power and good water pressure. Large well maintained dog run. Was a very open campground. The managers were extremely friendly and nice. Only drawback they need more washers and dryers. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff is amazing, the laundry area and bathrooms are always clean, and the grounds are well maintained. Close enough to the city that you have access to all Columbia has to offer, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet, stars in the sky, wildlife, safety, and privacy.

If you like out in the country and quiet then this is the place. We have been full timing it here for the last two months and we love it. The club house isn't a 5 star club building, but it has what you need (bathroom, pay washer and dryers, snack bar). The overall layout is nice. The management is great and the only thing you can hear most days and evening is the sounds of crickets. Very quiet! Half the campground is on city water and the other half is on a well. They offer full timer monthly rates that includes the water (Electric is separate). There is free WiFi, but since we homeschool our kids we bought the WiFi extender box to ensure constant service ($45 a Mo). There is a playground and basketball hoop (not concreted ground), as well as a fenced in dog park. As far as "air TV" as soon as we scanned we picked up 37 local channels. All in all our family loves it here and will be staying. -As of Sept 2018
