Having stayed for two weeks, I can safely outside the cit is very clean and secure. Host was very nice and accommodating. The pull ins and back ins were nice. Some shade is around, The pull through s are just slots, wide enough for big rigs, with no shade a all. No issues at all with power, water, or sewer. Only one washer and dryer. The pool is very small. They should turn it into a hot tub. The clubhouse had a pool table and ping pong, plus a big screen tv and couch The dog run is hard to get... Read More

You must walk your dog outside of the compound on the street. No grass, only rocks. There are trains within a half mile or so, not so noisy except when they lay on the horn. Which they do a lot! highway noise is minimal. Upside is that it is easy to access and secure. Downside is that it is pricey for what you get. The website is a little deceiving

Awesome staff. Full of information and sights to see. Spent five days here and was pleased with the location. We were right next to the street, but wall kept most of the road noise out. Full hookup and clean park. No showers, but they had a rec room with pool table. I still don't shoot well, but enjoyed a few solo games. Close to downtown Tucson and the city buss route. WIFI not the best, slow. Don't care about TV so don't know if they had cable. Would stay there again.

Location, location, location! My wife and I were looking for a great home base to explore Tucson for a few days and Sentinel Peak RV Park was the PERFECT location. The office manager was very accommodating and greeted everyone with a smile and always made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything during our stay. The grounds are very clean and the park seems brand new. We walked everywhere during our stay and they have some AMAZING authentic Mexican restaurants just a block away.... Read More

We also walked to the light rail and had dinner on 4th Avenue one night at a really nice Italian restaurant called Caruso's. There is so much to do here and we will definitely be back for a stay. We were lucky to get the last spot available for the night and we definitely recommend booking ahead to secure a space here given how popular this RV park is.

As many others have said, the customer service, cleanliness, and location of this park are SUPERB. We've stayed at many RV parks in Tucson over the years and this is our new favorite. Before we checked in, we looked at all the things to do in the area and you are literally so close to everything. We came to see the Gem Show at the convention center (about 2 minutes away by car) and wound up exploring so much more. We checked out the light rail which was AWESOME. It takes you through all these neat areas of downtown and the food options are endless. They have a free shuttle too which is great if you don't have a toad, but we preferred to walk everywhere since the weather was so nice and everything was within a few blocks anyway.

The good: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional office staff Nice big game room with high quality games in good condition Convenient to downtown Tuscon, shopping, and restaurants. Despite tiny size of park, spots are plenty big for our 32' trailer plus our extended cab truck -- a nice bonus. Clean and well-kept park Just a few blocks from the amazing Tuscon bike trails, what will eventually become a 150+ mile loop, but is already more than you can ride in a day unless you are a... Clean and well-kept park Just a few blocks from the amazing Tuscon bike trails, what will eventually become a 150+ mile loop, but is already more than you can ride in a day unless you are a super-athlete. The bad: Tiny postage-stamp parking lot of a park in a sketchy neighborhood. I never felt unsafe, but it's one of the few places I double-checked to make sure everything is locked before bed. Noisy. Car alarms, sirens, traffic, and trains, all night long. Wi-fi is terrible, most of the time we couldn't even get a connection. If we wanted internet we had to go to the clubhouse. (Fortunately, it was comfortable there and the internet there is blazing.) Summary: In other words, all things management can control tend to be pretty good (service, cleanliness), the things they can't (location, noisy street) less so. So you have to decide what is important to you in an RV park. If you want a quiet night in a large spread out park with trees and nature, this is not the place for you. If you prefer a convenient location and good service, this is a good park. For us, it's a close decision, but the bad internet made me give this only three stars, otherwise I would've given it four.
