We booked online and could not enter our Good Sam ID. When we checked in we were refused the Good Sam discount. The bathrooms get locked at night and don't get reopened till 8AM! Really!!! The weed trimmer was operated just outside my window at 7:15 AM. When I complained, I was told quiet time was only till 7 AM, and yet the bathroom, as well as the office wasn't even open. Complaints fell on deaf ears.
This is not a scenic rural lakeside RV Park as indicated but a semipermanent mobile home park. A lot of the tenants live here with large propane tanks, sheds, multiple vehicles, and lawn hoses to water flowers.
The grass along the man-made pond and the rest of the park is not well maintained. Dog runs are on every corner where grass grows but there are poop bags on a pole for people to clean up. The problem is that the areas are not well maintained so there is a bad odor, flies, and dead grass from the urination. I myself could not barbecue due to the flies and smell.
Due to the greenish pond there seems to be a lot of mosquitos in the evening. . I don’t know if any maintenance spraying for insects is done. Someone said there was a farm nearby because of a fowl odor that presents itself most evening before the sun goes down.
I had reservations for four days and regretted it after a day. I myself would not stay at this RV Park again.
We have been here 2 months now and we have enjoyed everyday here at Canyon Springs.
This facility is well maintained by its employees in every aspect.
From the staff in the front office to the security gentleman whom checks around the park frequently, and the maintenance folks.
This is a top notch place to rv.
You won't be disappointed at all.
Showers are kept immaculate.
Grounds are well maintained.
Sites are roomy.
They spray weekly for mosquitos.
The little lake is so beautiful, it has a nice walking path around it with fountains in the middle. You can fish from the dock or from the sides. It is a catch & release, the kids I've seen fishing have a blast.
There is a designated doggy area, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball & more.
The facility also has a game room with pool table, foosball , etc area, kitchen, gym area
The laundry facility is great too.very clean.
Everything on their website is completely true and accurate.
We even explored yesterday out to the lake and it was only 9 miles away.
There's swimming on beaches, boating, fishing, you name it, this place has it all.
We wanna thank you all at Canyon Springs for having such a wonderful place & being the nice folks that you are.
You are truly appreciated.

Staying in this park while visiting family in Boise. Very new park with nice roads. A lot of the sites are gravel, but level. Nice club house, but they put the new gym equipment in the same room people gather, so no privacy while using the "gym." Very nice and clean restrooms and laundry. The staff members are very nice and friendly. There is a working gravel pit and gun range next door. Also, the highway and train tracks are not far away. So, you get low level noise every day. Also a strong animal smell if the wind is blowing in the right direction. Even with all the flaws mentioned above, I would stay here again. I like the place.
Nice place but needs some more work. WIFI varies by time of day so not generally very good in the evening. Gun club right behind park that is very loud and annoying. Hate to think of the havoc one idiot could cause. New park but very tight for 44' rig
