Appeal Rating Great proximity to shopping, dinning, casino and beaches. Office staff very friendly and helpful, we had no issues with check in, site, electric, sewer, TV or WIFI. I would say this is an average RV park its clean and meets an RV's needs and has served our purpose well for Gulfport. All sites are gravel and are level with easy access in/out, they can handle large RV's and Motorhomes. Pet Friendly with a dog run and poop bag stations. I would stay again.
We have a 40ft 5th wheel and are full-time RV.
FYI - Close to main road so you will notice traffic noise, it was not bothersome to me.. but could be for someone looking for a quiet place.

Appeal Rating Was right across from the beach and convenient to downtown area. Staff was courteous and tried to be helpful, however, we had an issue with the electric at the campground. They tried to fix this issue for 3 days and did not resolve. So, being this was an inconvenience for us we felt they should have given us some kind of refund , at least 1 day stay. They didn't even offer or reply to my email when sent. Will not be back !

Appeal Rating Hello, pull up to Gulfhaven at 2PM. No manager on site, payed $40.00 the price was $44.00. went back to the office two times over the next few hours, went for a walk on beach (nice Beach dirty water but nice Beach) the manager called me about 8:10 PM telling me that I owed her $4.00 and she would be in the office for 10 mm so I cut my walk short, she told me that everyone gets the same price. Whet to the pool a few minutes later but it was lock. Park is ok, manager suck and NEEDS to be replaced, out of 79 sites there 10 RV's, I will leave to Day.

This RV park is a lot covered in what is I think is granite gravel. Has a few trees at just a few spots which makes it a little hot in mid summer. Its located about 60 yards from the beach which I thought was pretty close to the beach. The man in the office was very helpful and understanding over our three day stay. The little pool closes to early and other RVers told me they close it randomly so lets just say there is no pool. Website Prop I would say. The only thing I really loved about the place was its close location to the beach. We stayed here in a travel trailer.

The park is barren and covered in large, 3/4 inch loose gravel/Rock which is difficult to walk on. The only shade is minimal and on the edges of the property. The site pads are not defined and there is not a table or anything else except the pillar you hook up to. When we called to make the reservation the lady was nice and said that the beach was only about 90 feet away from the park, it was more like 900+ feet. The park is separated from ocean by an overgrown lot and a 4 lane divided major road. The sidewalk to get there is in disrepair and not continuous. The view of the ocean at the beach is dominated by the industrial shipping dock and the large visible discharge pipe with a warning sign on it. The park office is tiny, maybe 8x10 feet and also contains a few shelves that make up the "store." The staff reception was cold and rude. Once at the park you get the full set of rules, after you pay the nonrefundable fee, of course. They are militant about the rules and come to enforce them even when you are following them. The pool is a joke, it is more like a large spa. The first rule is to bath/rinse off before getting in but the shower was not working and they closed it well before the 9pm closing time posted. They also closed the pool because of non existent bad weather, claimed a weather alert. According to 3 different weather apps the closest lighting strike was 309 MILES away and there were no active weather alerts at the time. They did call to inform me when the "alert" was over. Apparently jumping into a pool is now the same as diving since rules are being made up at the whims of whoever is in charge. Of course, you aren't allowed to hang your towels or swimsuits outside to dry which is ridiculous since you are at the beach. They advertise as a family friendly place but it is obvious that they don't like kids and make it feel extremely unfriendly. It was so bad we left a day early even though we paid for that day. It is a shame since I have always thought Mississippi was such a warm friendly place and my dad still lives there. We have stayed at more rustic/basic RV parks and still had an enjoyable experience because the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you have a family DO NOT stay here. It may be a better experience if you don't have a family.

Appeal Rating Wonderful owners, amazing location!!! Spent 10 days with them during cruising the coast and have reservations for next year! Full hookups with clean and easy to use modern power towers, breakfast provided in the community room throughout the week (don't know if this was special for the crushing event or the year round norm) community fire pit that was very nice to enjoy and visit with neighbors and the owners. Do wish the Internet was either included in cost of park or that fee allowed for wifi on any of your devices instead of just one. Not an issue for us for the week but if we had been more long term that would have been a negative. Otherwise I given this park a 10 on everything. Clean bathroom and laundry facilities. Trash picked up from your coach daily. Ice delivered to my door so I did not have to carry it! Could not have enjoyed myself more!!
