I read some reviews that said this was not a friendly park. I strongly disagree. Very kid friendly with a nice pool and sidewalks through out the park. I see lots of kids and they are very welcome. This however is a park that is made to sell lots. So it is mostly retirement age people. We are 59 and feel very welcome here. We also see may younger people. All around this is a great place to spen your winters.
Found Cypress Trail to be very friendly and wanting to please Resort. The facilities are outstanding and very, very clean!!! Would come back again. Activities are good, very nice pool, a nice dog park and close to all kinds of shopping. There are so many tourist attractions in a short driving distance.
Not a very family or renter friendly park. The park itself and it's facilities are beautiful and clean but it is an owners resort. That was made very clear by the management. If you are older and looking to buy this might be the place for you. If you are a family with children. Keep riding.
