Wow is all I can say. This is a private RV Homeowners Association, nestled in the mountains of Blairsville. This should have 10 stars. This is not a typical RV Park. You are renting a site that the owner is not using. Concrete sites with full hook-up, escorts to your site, the facility is top notch, staff is friendly and helpful. Our water hose sprung a leak while we were out, they called us to let us know, so on the way back we could get a new hose. Showers are huge, tiled with rain head and wall shower faucet. The entire park is beautifully maintained. There is a pool, hot tub, work out room, and clubhouse. The only thing as a pet owner, the off leash area is at the very end of the park in an open field next to the sites under construction this was a very long way from the sites. The cost of the nightly rental reflects the amenities that are available. I would return to this park again.
Pool is to small for number of sites
Limited funded activities
Some site flood in heavy rains
Place is under expansion and dusty
Heavy Construction Equipment on site streets
Due to construction noisy during day
Some sewer lines in repair
I have stayed in North GA many times and never knew this place existed. I was a little skeptical after reading facebook reviews (I've learned some people will never be happy) but let me say I would give it a 6th Star if I could. My family and I enjoy any of type of campground from basic to resort but this exceeded all expectations. From start (escort and backing assistance) to stay (need ice? sure, firewood? sure, sauna after unloading?, sure) to check out (it was hard leaving that mountain view) customer service was excellent. One note is this is a community. While you can rent lots people own and live here. So if you are looking for a run wild and free place this is not it but an incredible respectful friendly community with perfect facilities and amenities to enjoy with family it is!! I will be returning many times. Oh and access as far as maneuvering large RV's (I have had issues at smaller resorts) is great there is plenty of room everywhere you need to go. They have pull through, back in, pull in, whatever you need.
