WIFI is beyond terrible. there is a constant sewage smell and on top of that, other folks that stay there say owners drains his septic water out of the tank right on to the fields behind campers when tanks get full. has no septic drain field. Oh an he uses well water so, hmmmm wonder where the sewage seeps into. better bring bottled water with you. mosquito's are terrible terrible terrible. junk furniture laying around the place. they need to get rid of junk wood tables and old torn up lawn chairs. bring your own for sure. different rules for different people.
