Nice Park, will take your reservation then give you SPECIFIC instructions on what to do before arrival. Tell you who will meet you at check in. Then on day of arrival they will DENY ever talking to you and then cry about how if you are upset they don't think you should stop in. BOTTOM LINE -- BEWARE

We full-time camp here since September 2017. All of the staff have been very helpful from the office Manager, Maintenance manager and all of the groundskeepers. Up keep of the park is second to none. When an issue does arise it is addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. We look forward to many more years to come with good neighbors and friends here at the park….. thanks

I guess , it is true, you get what you pay for. max length of our site is 40' with a ditch behind the site. Don't even ask the staff what time it is, you will be reprimanded for bothering the staff. Don't expect them to take care of the grounds, they say that is your job to rake and get rid of the leaves. You better love trains, they pass about 6 times a day, about 2 blocks away, even at 4 o'clock in the morning. There are 2 washers and 3 small dyers, and you cannot use your ladder clothes... We heard gun shots on other side of the fence behind our site. Two bikes were stolen just 2 sites from us. If you have an outdoor kitchen, do not leave anything on it at night, they will send you a letter. I have been camping for a long time, I have never been so unhappy in a campground. They have alot of junky park models and mobile homes. We wanted to stay 4 months, we could not make it. We finally found someplace to go in March.

I stay here from November through April. R & R are just great at taking care of any issue you may have. The office is only open M-F 9-3, but if something arises you can contact them. Friendly people throughout the park. Even the full time residents in the mobile home area always wave or say hi when you go past them. Love it here. There are train tracks pretty darn close, but after a while you get used to them. Most times I don't even notice now. Laid back 55+ community. They have an activity... Read More

They have an activity center for thing going on almost daily. A block and a 1/2 from US 1. Directly across from the currently used launch pads. Can't beat the price. I have a back in site, but R or C are there to guide you in. Only using the initials to protect their privacy. I give it 5 stars based on what I like and what my preferences are.

Very nice couple who runs the place. Mostly mobile homes but it is Florida! The Wi-Fi is no good unless you walk to club room. No credit cards - check or cash only, which is okay as long as you know upfront. What makes this place only a 3 star: the trains, OMG, the trains. The crossing gate is so close you could just about reach out and lift in if it was stuck.

Thank you for your positive comments about our managers and our restrooms. We are sorry that you were disturbed by the train. It passes through a couple of times a day and can be heard from some of the lots even though there is a thick wooded buffer area. Overall, the community is very quiet. We have two RV sections and one manufactured home section. If you should visit again, we would love to give you a tour of our entire community.
