BY ALL MEANS DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213!!! This exit requires a approx. 210 degree turn followed by a 90 degree from a very narrow road onto another. Take exit 217, turn towards Stuarts Draft. Follow to Rt.340 and take a right at the light. At the next light (Indian Ridge / Offliter) take a left and follow until the end. At stop sign turn right onto 608 / Cold Spring Rd. Follow for 4.3 miles and take a left onto Lake Drive. Follow ® mile to resort welcome center.VERY pretty entrance. Store... Read More

Follow for 4.3 miles and take a left onto Lake Drive. Follow ® mile to resort welcome center.VERY pretty entrance. Store has basics, ice, beer, a few RV items. Bingo on Friday. Band on Saturday (until 11PM, so choose a site not near the office if you go to bed early). Wifi at the office that is not password protected. On the weekdays we were here, we connected just fine. Once Friday hit, we connected, but nothing would transfer. On Friday's there is a food truck in Greenville with amazing BBQ. -) Large campground. 398 sites. Most very roomy. River rock to set up your RV on. Our site was slightly uneven side to side and was slightly uphill (very little leg extension in back, blocks in the front). Many golf carts driving around here to cover the large property. Upper sites are newly added. Sign at the office said that if you were in a new site you needed a water pressure regulator. We had a guide in a golf cart show us to our site. First 198 at lower level. 199+ are in the upper level. Power worked well, no problems until Friday night. Right after midnight it went out for few seconds and then came back on. Water tasted fine with our filter (didn't try it without). We could smell chlorine in the unfiltered water, but we didn't taste it. Many seasonal sites that seemed well maintained. Some were absolutely beautifully set up. Seasonals arrived on Friday for bingo. Band on Saturday could be heard in the distance at the upper sites. Our site (lower in the back) was quiet. Lake (small) with beach that they stock. People swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Mini golf appears to be unused and in disrepair. Reservations a little tricky to get ahold of. Just leave a message and they will get back to you (she has a small shed away from the main building that she works out of). Some of the seasonal areas give you a bad vibe. (like, what are you doing here? You don't belong.) but they were found by walking around and at the very end of one of the front loops. Everyone around us was welcoming. Pool is behind the main building. Did not use the bath houses so I can't comment on their condition. I did notice that the upper section has brand new ones that are beautiful on the outside.
