My wife and I retired to the permanent area in 2006, this was a Coast to Coast campground that the developer chose to declare bankruptcy. The new owner, Diamond Properties, has a goal of improving the resort to become the best campground in North West Ohio and Mike is well on the way. They renovated the bathrooms (one has a free laundry with a fireplace and a view of the pond), rebuilt the indoor and outdoor pools, added 80 more sites with plans for 200 more. My wife and I camp for 3 months in the south and this is one of the best parks where we have stayed. The seasonal campers love this place, they have live entertainment most weekends. They just improved the pavilion to include a game room and they're just getting started.
