Way overrated. Our site was very unlevel and my front jacks had to lift the front tires completely of the ground to get the coach level. Walked to the casino next door but did not stay long because of the smoke. Plan on eating at your RV and not in the casino restaurant--poor service and food.

Abridged version: Crazy slow inept check in, nice enough spots but no cable or satellite capability, cold indoor pool , luke warm/mossy jacuzzi, smokey casino with cranky sullen help, cheap buffet but you get what you pay for, fair machines, but bring your gas-mask, and don't expect a cocktail. . . . Details: I really wanted to love this place. I was looking forward to coming here, and thought maybe I would stay a few days. I didn't book it, or reserve it cuz I've been down this road before. So glad I didn't. To start checking in. There were 4 couples ahead of me. I was in line for over an hour. The two ladies in front of me and I all chatted, comparing places we've been, were going to, yadayada. The lady in front of me said she was in earlier, and the desk person said to go pick a spot and come back later she was getting off work and didn't want to take her money right then. The first couple in line in front of us took a full 20 minutes of my hour. They had been there quite awhile previous. The next person just 10 minutes. Then came the first one in our little hen party. They did not have her reservation. She had confirmed a week ago, AND yesterday. But no reservation. Took 15 minutes to get her sorted. Then the gal in front of me went up (there are now 8 couples behind us). Not only could she not find her reservation, once she got that part sorted she had charged their card twice. She made a call to someone, that took a painful time. Finally she sent the couple on their way promising that it was ok and that the charge would not appear twice. My turn. Nice woman, but incredibly slow and inefficient. Eventually I got a space and bolted for the door (the line is now out the door). Found my site. Meh... it's a site. The cable for the RV park is down, and this site said it got satellite reception. I don't know about yours, but mine doesn't go through trees or mountains or other RV's. No worries, there's a casino! Here's where it goes WAY off the rails. Prime Rib, $10.99! How can you pass that up? It was Meh. The guy in front of me gets a nice slab of really pink, I ask for something more medium. "It's all the same," the server grunts and starts carving. I said, I want that end (I point to the other end ends are more done, right? Is this earth?) "It will be the same," he grunts again. Ok, now my disappointment at the check in AND the fact that this is a TOTALLY dry casino and is stuffy hot and smokey, all comes out. "If it's all the same, then you won't mind giving me that end!" So he hacks it off, drops it on a plate and shoves it through the window. Fortunately, it was, indeed, medium. But Meh. The aujus was great, the veggies were supurb and the service non existent. About 2/3 way through my dinner a very harried little gal comes up and asks if I would like something to drink "Well, wine would be my first choice, but ice water will do otherwise." She blinks and says "So, you want Ice Water?" Now I'm confused... was there an option here? "If you don't have wine, and I understand you don't?" "No, we don't serve liquor at all here." "Then Ice water is my choice." about 10 minutes later she comes back with the water, drops it on my table and bolts away. I WAS going to ask for the check. Ok, I'm done. I drink the water and wait. Never see her again. I went to pay, and told the gal I had the buffet and Water, point to my table. She asks if I have a ticket. I tell her the gal brought my water and I never saw her again. She asks where I was seated, looks at the table, and she proceeds to charge me for buffet and Tea. I correct her, I had water. She stands on her toes, cranes her neck, looks here and there toward my table "It looks like tea to me." I walked back to my table (about 40' away), picked up the glass, and brought it back to her. Never said a word. "Looked like tea to me." under her breath. "Whole thing would have been solved by a waitress who brought me my check." Ok, on to the casino. SUPER smokey, bad ventilation, low ceilings. First players club ever that didn't give you "some" sort of little incentive. But, that's ok. I have never been to a casino where people camped out at machines like this place. Honestly, really... over a third of the machines were taken by folks just sitting in the chairs. Mostly smoking. Turned away from the machines. I couldn't breathe in the inner aisles, so I had to stay to the outer sides. Sad really, cuz the machines were not tight! I would have loved to game there for a long time, but had a headache and a wheeze within half an hour. Time to leave. Ok, how about a nice jacuzzi or a swim in that lovely heated pool in the photo then wash the smoke out of my hair after, curl up with a glass of wine and a book. That's a great option! That will fix all this. But, ya know, given the rest of this visit... I'm gonna go check out the pool and jacuzzi before I get changed. Sure enough. The beautiful pool was COLD, and so was the jacuzzi. And the jacuzzi was green. Ugh. No. How about I go back to the RV, get a glass of wine, and write the review.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived as a walkin. All sites have large trees, a full size trashcan emptied daily, picknick table and hookups. Sites are mostly level and gravel all pull through and can acomidate big rigs with a tow. Note they want all tows to be unhooked and parked in frountnof your rig. Shower facilities are excellent. Each is fully tiled with a glass door and two towel racks. All three women's have a individual locking room and a dry area with a chair They have a large Mat outside the shower. The small store is well stocked and has a large sitting area with tv. Pool is inside and very nice to be out of the heat in the shade. The have a fenced playground for small children next to the pool area. They are pet friendly and have a large off leash dog run no have dog and cat food in the camp store. The casino is next door and has a nice restaurant and you can use the pool in the hotel after 8pm with your campground receipt. I would stay again and we enjoyed our stay very much.
