We enjoyed almost a week in this park and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The park just got new owners this summer and they’ve been busy, according to the friendly long timers there. The new owners are super nice and were a always available. We enjoyed the game room as well as access to clean facilities. They had snacks and other odds and ends available for purchase in the office. The WiFi was hit and miss with some devices, but the owners said they’d be upgrading that soon.

My boyfriend and I loved this park. The owners were very pleasant and our spot was awesome. There was a white fence with a grassy yard area, a perfect spot for our hammock, and lots of shade with sun shinning through the trees in spots. The bathrooms were extremely clean, which I think is important. The owner offered coffee every morning and even made a delicious crumb cake. The pool was filled the day before we left so we didn't get a chance to enjoy it but the area looked nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed two days during the Memorial Day weekend. Owners met us as we drove in and made the check in while we chose our own site. Very clean park since the owners have been working hard to refurbish an older KOA park. The park does need more full hookups and that seems to be in the making. Most of the full time residents keep their site clean, however there are a couple that likes clutter. Overall the park is peaceful and is near great restaurants in Grants Pass. Would stay here again. Note: Wife loved the huge book exchange.

Our club has planned a weekend trip here for the last 3 years. After this last outing, we decided that it would be our last time there. We have a small group, but still had a hard time getting full hook-up sites. It seems that all but a few were taken up with long term residence trailers. People were coming and going all thru the night. The worst part was when someone started burning garbage and the smoke covered our camping area and the smell was terrible. The park seems to have transformed from a” RV Park” into a “Trailer Park”.

Awful place, filled with mostly local workers and their pull trailors. Run-down, minimal gravel on road, under trees so no satelite service. Needs matinence. Not anything like the usual Good Sam parks.
