How this place has changed in a years time. We were here last weekend for the clam digging tides. The place is very muddy because of the rescent rains yet they sit placed us down on the bottom of the part where it was marshy and floody. Park was very empty. At check in they told us that that the top of the facility was closed, yet there were about 10 units camped. Our guess is that since we are only good sams members and not KM Resorts they do this. We attended their presentation last year and were told that there was a 14 days limit here, and that certainly doesnt appear to be the case, some units had large propane tanks outside their units and large piles of firewood and one with a small flower garden indicating the were longterm rv'ers. Disappointing for us, it was a lovely place last year. AND they charged different prices to both of us in our camping party, wont be back

It turned out to be the best experience ever! The staff was super kind and even offered us free camping for the weekend to attend their resort presentation. It was informational but we did not buy it because we don't do many trips that far from our home area. But we will definitely come back to camp there again. Lots of new RV spots in the works,... Lots of new RV spots in the works, beautiful clubhouse and pool, playgrounds and best of all the whole place was VERY clean, quiet, safe, great for kids with bikes, place to clean clams, bathrooms were clean and nice with FREE showers, cant say you see that often. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
