We are full time RVers. After the noise of St. George Utah and Las Vegas, it was delightful to spend a few days in this quiet and dark at night park. We didn't see many people, but those we saw waved. Nothing to do with the park, but Hassayampa Park south of Wickenburg was a delightful oasis in the desert. The people of Wickenburg, nor the businesses, seem to require or enforce mask mandates, so we avoided their businesses. The RV park itself had good mask rules.

We previously had a very unpleasant experience at North Ranch because of the office management. We love the park itself, the location, the facilities, and the residents (both short-term and long-term). We've recently been informed that the management has changed at least through this winter, so we are very excited to return to North Ranch. Due to this, I deleted my previous 1-star review and am replacing it with this one. I hope that the new management does well and that North Ranch thrives and... Read More

It's a beautiful location.

This Park is clean and well kept. Not to much in the way of things to do. Had to ask permission to use billiards. They have two separate laundry areas which is nice and a very well kept garden area with mountain views. The people we met were very nice however some of the office staff could benefit from customer relations class.

Nice quiet stay. Easy in and out. Separate leash-less dog run.

Enjoyed this park. Loved the amazing "zen-like" cactus garden and the Pickleball court! Nice place with loads of activities. Downside is Internet (but I use my own WiFi for security anyway) and we had 30 amp service, but that was ample as the weather was awesome.
