Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating This community is OVER RATED we are staying for 5 months. The golf course is rarely maintained the greens mower has been broken for over a week and greens are only mown 3 times a week when working weather permitting, tee boxes are bare and uneven, fairways are worse than most roughs at any other golf course. The course is maintained and paid for by residents even tough the owner takes all the income from greens fees and memberships.
The pool area is dirty and we had to wipe down lounges each time we went to the pool. The WiFi is hit and miss at best even though we were across the street from the antenna. The one laundry room that we used was dirty the cost was $2.00 a load.
We will not be staying here next year and would not recommend this community.
