You have ti use a descrambler box for tv channels. They put us in the wrong site but told us to stay and they would work it out.
We stayed at Leeds RV Park from October 15th to November 8th 2017 and enjoyed our stay. The RV park is close to Zion National Park and many of the beautiful state parks in the area. our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful which made our stay there enjoyable. The park is kept very clean and being a short distance from the highway also very quiet! We will gladly stay here again when coming back through this area.
The quietest RV park we have ever stayed in!! Clean and quiet rate high on our list,- both scored high. Very friendly and helpful owners. Pull-thru had easy access. A short, but beautiful drive to Zion Park, and within 3 hours of Grand Canyon. Convenient to I-15 but far enough that you did not hear the traffic. There were many long-term campers here. Would definitely stay there again!!
Great getaway spot. Friendliest staff anywhere. Gravel sites well maintained. All services excellent. Terrific spot to visit Zion as long as you have a vehicle for the 32 mile trip.great to escape the crowds after a day of hiking in the park. I would give 5 stars except for the distance to services and Zion. Great place.
Thank you for your review! Looking forward to your next visit.
We really enjoyed our stay at Leeds RV. What originally brought us to the park was that it was close to Zion National Park and very reasonably priced. The managers were very nice and accommodating. They both (as well as the owner) take pride in the way the park looks and takes very good care of the grounds. It has great cable options as they give you your own cable box for the TV. The Wifi could be better, the closer you are to the club house the better it is. Looking forward to staying there again. Read More

Thank you Trent and Kersey. Looking forward to seeing you and baby Henderson next time!
A very well kept small mom & pop type park. Many of the back in spots appear to be longer term folks. But it was all very pleasant. We used a pull through site for our big 36 foot 5ver and crew cab dually truck. Site was just long enough, with more than enough room for slides. We used our sat dish so did not try their cable. The park was very quiet and clean. Power pedestals looked fairly new and my volt meter read between 121 and 118 volts. My Verizon phone said 4G at 2 bars. The WiFi seemed to... Read More

The WiFi seemed to work just fine for my needs. Will definitely stop here again. I paid $39.
