Very clean nice campground. Employees were always around cleaning the grounds. It's a busy camp ground, lots to do for families and kids. Friendly service. Laundry, restrooms and dog run were all clean and nice to use

This is by far one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at during our cross-country travels this year! The restrooms are really nice and very clean. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful green grass and 2 playgrounds for the kids with lots of toys. They also have a ton to do on the property. They sign out horseshoes, shuffleboard and cornhole. They rent funcycles, canoes, kayaks, tubes and even a big boat they dock on Lake Coeur d'Alene for you. We had a blast on the boat! The office/store if filled with basic necessities, souvenirs and camp stuff. RV sites don't have fire pits (Thankful, hate smoke going into my rig), but they do a group campfire every night which was loads of fun! They do have fire pits across from RV sites that you can use and they sell firewood. Idaho has a "buy it where you burn it" law so don't bring wood in from other places. Yes, this is adjacent to the highway and you do hear road noise but it did not take away from our great experience. Part of our stay was during a busy weekend. Yes it was crowded and people did go into the roadway when hooking up but it wasn't a big deal...slow down, breath and enjoy life a little. All staff are amazing! Very helpful, kind and do checks to make sure everyone is quiet at night. Family camping at it's finest!

Although this is near the highway, it was a great place to stay. The grounds were immaculate and the staff was very helpful. While we were there, they had a campfire in front of the office every day at 7 pm. RV spots for the most part don't have camp fire rings. You could rent a canoe, or kayak and float down the lazy river. They also had an enclosed dog park with lots of toys for them to play. All in all, we had a very nice experience there. A beautiful park when we pulled in Friday after lunch but became very, very crowded as all weekenders came in. Unless you have a ~22' or less trailer your truck needs to park parallel to the road which also means you block the road while you are hooking up. This made it almost impossible for rigs to leave towards our end unless you asked someone to move their vehicle. Very popular with small children as dozens of kids riding bikes, swinging, swimming in creek at park. They have some huge drainage... Read More

This made it almost impossible for rigs to leave towards our end unless you asked someone to move their vehicle. Very popular with small children as dozens of kids riding bikes, swinging, swimming in creek at park. They have some huge drainage problems as back row of tent site/tent trailer had water that came off hill and made for a muddy mess with ruts where they parked cars next to site. A few of the sites in our row ended up with big muddy ruts from rain while we were there, but staff was immediately on it filling in with more dirt after RV's left. Our site was $10 less per night as it didn't have sewer. You pay $5 to dump and while another review said they couldn't dump as the dump was an RV site, their dump is adjacent to site #1 and we had no problems using it. Park is right next to major highway so is very noisy from large trucks.

We stayed one night while traveling to Missoula Mt. This is a nice park with clean restrooms. We did not use the laundry and they did not have cable TV. This park is clean and quiet. They have a small assortment of groceries in the office and a small stream that runs on the edge of the park. They have a camp fire every night which we enjoyed, two other couples were at the fire and shared their graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate bars so we could make smores.

Read a review where they said there was no dump site. Obviously there are a range of site types from pitch your own tent to full hook ups. I guest you get what you ask for. Had a great location for a back in big rig site. Nice on site "camp store". Large children's play area and fenced dog park. There is some highway noise but not terrible. The one lane bridge entrance is interesting but easily negotiated even with our 4 down tow. Would stay again.

Does not have a dump site like stated on web site. You have to wait for someone to leave a site that has a sewer in it and then you have to pay to dump. Also sites are not level. No swimming pool just a creek. Will not be back and will tell all my friends not to stay here.

This is a nice campground with RV and tent sites as well as small cabins. We had a pull-through site that was satisfactory. The restrooms an laundry facilities were acceptable. The campground is very close to I-90, so there is a bit of road noise, but not too bad at night. The views were very pleasant of the mountain hillsides and the staff was very friendly. The campground offers kayaks for rent as well as recumbent bikes for pedaling around the campground. Access to the interstate is easy, except... Read More

We stayed here once before in 2008 and enjoyed it then but we like it even better now. Staying here for two weeks and have enjoyed ourselves. The park is well maintained and have never seen the staff working so hard to keep it that way. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains with a great stream running through it for canoeing and fishing. Best Wi-Fi we have used at a park for a long time even when the park is full. Pretty campground but difficult to navigate the entrance. Person checking us into the facility was quite grumpy and remained so during our 2 day stay. Inquired as to where is a good place to get oil changed on tow vehicle and she was less than helpful and offered no help whatsoever. Electric was out for hours due to an outside source problem, not the campground's issue. Not much TV reception, no wifi. Would have really liked the experience, but the one particular person remained so grumpy.Attitude... Read More

The campground has a mixture of pull thru and back in RV spaces along with a good number of tent spaces. There are two stalls and two showers in the ladies room and one stall and a urinal plus two showers in the mens room. There is an additional unisex toilet and shower (which is cleaned at a different time than the main bathrooms) next to the maintenance barn and at least half a dozen portable toilets in the campground. The laundry has 3 washers and four dryers. The rest rooms were very clean. The sites are almost level grass, gravel or concrete. Wifi throughout the camp is excellent. A spring fed stream runs along one side of the camp and canoes and kayaks are available for rental to go to the lake a couple of miles away. There are several playgrounds for children. Campfires are not allowed in the RV section but there is a community campfire nightly by the office. There is a small store in the office. This is the first campground where I have seen workers wiping down picnic tables after campers leave. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The staff and owner are friendly and willing to give suggestions as to local attractions. Be sure to swing wide when entering the campground as there is a bridge at the entrance that crosses the creek.

This is a well maintained campground, but it is on the highway and very tightly packed. The big issue is that there is no dump station. They do not tell you this up front. You can dump if a full hook up site is available for an additional $5.00. We found all of this out on the day we were set to leave. Aggravating!

This was our first trip out with our new 27' travel trailer. Being newbies the staff was very helpful and informative. The park was well kept and the bathrooms clean. There was a nice area to walk our 2 small dogs. The prices were a bit high, but we had a great time and would certainly go back.

En trance very narrow and somewhat bad.sites have weed like grass. No cable, antenna doesn't work in most sites nor will satellite. Don't dare ask to move as the manager is down right impossible and you can't get your money back. The freeway noise is all night.long. we have been rv ing for 21 years and NEVER run inti anything like this. The people that work here are very nice all BUT the manager and she is very bad and not at all accommodating

I will never go back to this park again. Beware

The Wolf Lodge was the worst RV campground experience we have ever had. On the 2nd morning their sewer line backed up and spilled raw sewage onto our campsite. Everyone in the campground was told not to dump their holding tanks as they tried to get someone to fix the problem. All the showers were closed and the Motor home next to us packed up and pulled out running over a picknic table. They told me no other sites were available and that they would clean up the site we were at so we could stay there. There was no way were going to stay there as the temps neared 90 degrees and the smell was awful. They ruined a rug of which they refused to replace and said they would send it out to be cleaned and told me it was all the RVers fault that they had this problem. I asked for a refund for our stay which they agreed to refund only the 2 remaining days. The person in charge was rude, unfriendly, and down right mean spirited. I would not recommend this park to anyone.
