Great location for an in-transit stay while using I-70 in the Denver area. Great, helpful staff. Rock roads and parking pads. Upscale pads have concrete patios and furniture. We have used this RV park annually since 2017 and recommend it.

Nice enough place, just looks pretty barren. Easy to find and easy in and out. We were late in the season and if was almost empty. Everything was fine and would use the place again if passing that way.

The check-in procedure was quick and easy, especially since I called ahead for a reservation. They had a guide in a golf cart escort us to the site to make sure we came at the pull-thru from the right direction. The site was just long enough for our 40' coach and toad, so we didn't have to detach. As others have mentioned, the camp area is fairly noisy due to nearby interstate traffic, but it's not unbearable. I really liked the fact that there was a convenient, decent-sized, fenced-in dog... Since the dumpster was quite a ways away, campsite pickup service of trash bags was provided by the host.

Passing through, looks nice, close to interstate for a break. Arrived and pool was drained, hot tub quit working and trash cans need to be empty. Most of the staff was polite, they did apologize for inconvenience but would like to know when you call to make a reservation. Bathrooms where great, open, large, clean. Site was nice little grass. I think nice campground we just caught them on a bad day.

Very friendly owner and staff. They're clearly interested in keeping the park clean and attractive. But the price you pay for their being convenient to the Freeway is NOISE. The park boarders I-70 on one side and an active Railroad on the other. A nice park, but if you plan on sleeping, you'd better be able to turn your hearing aid off.
