Place is getting long in the tooth. Very small narrow spaces that "might" fit a 40' motor coach. Lots of "permanent" long term units in the park, maybe should be called a mobile home park instead of an RV park. If you are a Class A or large C towing pass up this place. Not a good value for the price at over $70. Next to busy roadway and lots of noise. Did not use the restroom because of Covid.

The staff was friendly but the price was almost double -$70 a night from what was listed as last years rates. In addition, we were charged a $4 a night "Resort" fee! We found the streets and sites to be in disrepair, the recreation room, laundry and bathrooms were old and not very clean. There were many long term sites with residents living there for a long time. This is not a family camping spot. An overnight stop maybe but way too expensive!

Nice park in the redwoods of the central California coast. The staff seems very nice and about the only real complaint I have is that at the spot we are in the sewer drain is very far from our motorhome. There is a very nice clubhouse with a faux fireplace and a pool table. If you are with a large group you can reserve it. The clubhouse deck overlooks a small river. The park map shows a play area but we were disappointed to find that it is not a play area with swings or slides for little ones.... Read More

The park map shows a play area but we were disappointed to find that it is not a play area with swings or slides for little ones. You definitely need a toad if you want to do anything except be in the rv park. The spaces are a bit close but they are carved out of the redwoods. The spaces seem fairly flat but at ours we had to fully extend the front jacks and use a couple of pads under the front left tire to get close enough to the sewer and get level. The only reason I think we wouldn't come back is because we travel with our 3 year old grand daughter and there really wasn't anything for her to do. We are only a few miles from Roaring Camp railroad and Henry Cowell state park, hence the need for a toad.
