Beautiful crisp and clean campground, and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants . Staff was extremely professional and helpful. Free WiFi too. Pull thru spots are immaculate with long cement pads for RV/patio area and cement pads for electric, water & sewer. We were just passing thru, otherwise great location.

This is a bare bones RV Park that works for an overnight stay. We had a pull-through site. The concrete pad was level and access to the power and water were easy to hook up. Roads are asphalted, but fairly narrow. No restrooms or showers and the office is barely staffed. You get your site when you check in online. We came in before 2 and called the office about 1. All ll the staff person would say is ‘if your site is empty you can go ahead and park.’ Not very helpful. However, when I called the office previously, the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Easy to get on and off interstate 10, clean facility and great laundry facilities. Love the concept, great for a short stay or just to come and explore the area. Not a resort, but a great place to stay.

Sometimes you do not have to look pretty to be good. This is a great little park for an over night stay, and it seems to be what it is geared for. For several reasons I gave it 4 star rating. (1) Easy check-in. You book online, and they send you a confirmation right-a-way by text msg. They will even answer any question with a reply. When you arrive just drive straight to your pad. (2) pull-in sights are level concrete pads with all hook-ups where they belong, in the middle of the pad, and plenty of space. (3) Great WiFi (4) Nice clean little laundry room (5) within walking distance to Walmart, Sonny's BBQ or Beef O'Brady's if you wish to eat out. There is also a Pilot across the street if you need to refuel on your way out. We stayed twice over night on our trip out to Grand Canyon, leaving and coming back to our home in Central Florida. We felt very comfortable here.

Great park for a quiet overnight located just off I-10. Clean and well laid out and easy to get in to. They have both pull thru and back in sites that are all big enough for most any size RV. Wide, long spaces with plenty of room in between. They all are FHU with 30/50 amps with the water, sewer and electric located right where they are supposed to be. Food, gas and Walmart all within easy walking distance. Price advertised in front of the office was $58 but discounts can be applied if you ask. I told them we were PA members and the person on the phone told me that only applied to the back in sites and not the paved pull thru sites. I've never had another campground limit a club discount to specific sites but oh well. Plus, the price she told me to pay for the $29 back in site turned out to be the full price for a back in site. I had already dropped my payment into the self serve drop box so we ended up not getting any discount even though we have both Good Sam and PA. No amenities that I could see but it's not designed to be a Resort. We will definitely stay here again when we are passing through the area.

I gave this park 4 stars based on it's potential. Clearly a work in progress. Park roads are paved with the gravel/asphalt type of paving. 17 of the 18 pull through sites are level concrete pads with full hookups. Fee was $40 with no discounts, you pay via a drop box. Really nice folks running the park. As I said, it appears to be a work in progress and already a good spot for an overnight which is what we used it for. Good Verizon and satellite hookup. Restaurants within walking distance. We will go back if we ever need a one night stop as we pass through on I-10. I gave the restroom a 3 star because we did not use. No showers but restroom and laundry on site. My GPS took me in via Whitetail Dr....going this route the first entry you come to is actually the exit as opposed to entry.....ask me how I know? After entering that way I went back out the same opening making a big, hard left turn with my 45' MH and tow vehicle to go to the entrance (second entry). Clearly the second entrance was the way to enter as pull throughs are aligned that way. So, if I go again, and I would if ever passing by there again, I would NOT turn down Whitetail DR but go to the next turn "Malloy Plaza E", turn right, then another right into the park just after passing between Sonny's BBQ and Beef "O" Brady's restaurants.
