To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Campsite check-in is noon. - Cabin check-in is 3:00 pm. - Check-out is 11:00 am. - Late check-in depends on space availability and only requests made on the day of check-ins will be considered. $15.00 fee. - Late check-out depends on space availability and only requests made on the day of check-out will be allowed. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campsite - Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Photo Policy - Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Lake Ridge RV Resort to photograph the visitor while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor. Bikes and Scooters - Bikes/scooters must have pedals. Pool and Water Slides - Our pool and slides are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pet Policy - Pets must be reasonably quiet & kept on a leash. - Aggressive pets are not allowed. - Limit 2 pets, per site. - Pets are not allowed in the buildings, bathhouses, pools, waterslides, or playgrounds. Campground Disclaimer - We welcome you to our campground and wish for you to have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay. - To ensure you do, please remember you are a guest on this property, sharing the surroundings with other campers just like you, please respect that. - This campground is privately owned and operated. - Our policies are in place to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. - A complete list of camping rules will be given to you at check-in for your camping party to read and follow. - Please call us at 276-766-3703 if you have a specific question or need regarding a concern about rules.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
