Need to know about Deer Run RV Park - AL
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check in: 12:00 pm. - Check out: 11:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - Please always observe and obey our 5 mph speed limit. Vehicle Parking and Registration - All vehicles must be registered with the office, parked within your campsite, and kept off the grass. - For absolutely no reason, that rugs are on grass. Golf Cart Rules - All golf carts must be registered with the office and must have working lights. - All golf cart drivers must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Vehicle Maintenance - No auto repairs are allowed unless first cleared by the office. Guest and Site Occupancy - Only registered guests can occupy their campsite, and only one RV is allowed per campsite. Prohibited Items at Campsite - The following are not allowed at your campsite: window air conditioners, no tents, and no clotheslines or clothes racks of any kind. Children and Supervision - Children under 16 must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian while at the pool. - Deer Run RV park does not provide lifeguards, so swim at your own risk. - Children must also be supervised while using our facilities. If found unsupervised, the parents/guardians may be subjected to a fine or the cost of any damage that they may cause. Trash Disposal - Keep your campsite clear of all trash, cigarette butts, bottles, cans, etc. It is your responsibility to keep your site looking neat and tidy always. - All trash must be put in the dumpsters located throughout the park; do not put any household trash in our trash cans around the campground. Fire Safety - All fire pits must be in their own containers. - For absolutely no reason that there is an uncontained fire. - Do not burn leaves or trash. Pet Rules - All pets must be kept on a leash and must be picked up after. - Please use the correct bag to get rid of their messes. - No more than ‘‘3’’ pets per RV. - We do allow dog pens; however, you must be outside with your pet while they are in the pen. - At no time may any pet be left unattended in a pen or while on a lead. - If you choose to have a pen at your site, you are responsible for the upkeep of the grass within the pen; you are still responsible for picking up your pet’s messes within the pen. Pond Rules - No motorized vehicles are allowed around the pond. - No vessels of any kind are allowed on the pond. - You may fish in the lake, but it is catch and release Payment Policies - Rent must be remitted on or before the due date. - Any returned checks will have a $30.00 return check fee & a $50.00 late fee applied. - Camping fees must be paid on the due date; if not, there will be a $50.00 late fee incurred every seven days from the due date. Illegal Drugs - Public drunkenness or illegal drug use will result in immediate ejection without refund. Liability Disclaimer - Deer Run RV Park will not be responsible for any theft/damages to personal property from the result of any reason.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
