To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Reservation: - At least 1 person occupying the space must be 55 & better. - A deposit fee is required to confirm your reservation. - Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. - Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the property. - By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing rmsnorthamerica.com to bill your credit card for each payment amount as they come due, including any fees incurred while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. - Rates change every year in October. Rates for reservations made before October for the following year are subject to change. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Info: - Electricity is metered on the monthly rate. - Smoking is not permitted in vacation rentals. - No tent sites available. - All RV/fifth wheel units must be completely self-contained. Misc: - Caliente Springs Resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, damages, and/or injury to any resident or any guest of any resident, or any property at any time. - Any person creating a nuisance or a health and safety issue may be evicted or asked to leave. - Caliente Springs Resort reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to the Resort Rules and Regulations at any time.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
