To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

- Val Vista is a 55+ Age Qualified Community. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Please obey all speed limits and traffic signs. 10 mph. - Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to; disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. No refunds will be given. - Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. Unlicensed or inoperable RVs are expressly prohibited. - No mechanical repairs are allowed on site. No washing of automobiles is allowed in Resort. - Only one RV is allowed per site. - Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool. - Site numbers are not guaranteed on reservations of less than 3 months in length. - RVs cannot be older than 20 years unless preapproved. - Pet fee of $10 per day, per pet. Maximum 2 pets per site. Maximum dog size of 40 lbs. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
