Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - If early check is available, the rate is $3 per hour prior to 1:00. - There is a late check-out fee of $5 per hour past 11:00 am, that will automatically be charged to your credit card. - We allow campers to check in until 9 PM. - All campers must check in at the office prior to entering the campground - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH for all vehicles at all times. - Office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Children - Children must be supervised at all times. Smoking - No smoking in any of the park buildings or the playground. - Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly (Not on the ground) Vehicle - No bike riding after dark - No electric vehicle charging - Washing vehicles and campers at the campground is prohibited. - No off-road vehicles or golf carts are permitted on the premises (mini bikes, UTV, ATV, 4 wheelers, etc.) Conduct - This is a family friendly park. - Disturbing others, disorderly conduct, fighting or obscene language may result in eviction. Drug - We have chosen to designate our park a drug free property. - The use of any recreational drugs, legal or otherwise, is prohibited. - If the use of any drug is brought to our attention, it will result in immediate departure of your party with no refund. - Under Vermont Law, consumption of cannabis, legal or otherwise, is prohibited in a place of public accommodation. 18 V.S.A.4230a. Dump - It is a violation of Vermont health regulations to dump waste water on the ground. Guests - All day guests must check in at the office upon arrival. - Guests will be charged $3 per person for a daily visitor (must leave by 10 p.m.) and $6 per visitor for overnight. Swimming - Swimming is at your own risk, there are no lifeguards on duty, as posted. - All children must be supervised at all times. - No swimming after dark. Pets - We allow 2 pets max per site, There is an additional pet fee for more than 2 pets at discretion of management. - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - Pets may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Picking up your dog’s waste immediately is mandatory or you will be charged a fee of $25. - Pets are not allowed in any of the bath house. - Noisy pets, failure to keep your pet on a leash or failure to pick up after your pet could result in a request to remove your pet from the premises. - Aggressive pets will not be tolerated and will be required to leave the premises. - All pet owners should have, in their possession, current copy of their pet’s rabies certificate. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is strictly enforced - Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Voices carry in the still of the night, please be respectful and mindful of your late night and early morning routes as we want every camper's stay to be a fun and relaxing experience. Garbage - All garbage is to be placed in the dumpster or recycling bins. - Do not dispose of large items (including, but not limited to TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, electronics, furniture, rugs, mattresses, etc.) in the dumpsters, you will be charged an extra trash pickup fee. - Please keep our park clean! Bath House - Please help us keep the restrooms & bathhouses clean and ready to use by others by picking up after yourself. - Only flush toilet paper, NO sanitary napkins, diapers, wipes, paper towels AS THIS WILL CLOG the septic system and the bath house will be out of use for everyone. - Dishes and clothing may not be washed in showers or bathroom sinks. - Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult while using the restrooms. - If a problem is found in any of the restrooms, please report it to the office immediately for corrective action. Campsites/Campfires - Each campsite is allowed a maximum of four people, there will be a $3 charge for each additional person, - Campsite boundaries are utility pedestal to utility pedestal. Please respect other campers’ sites and refrain from crossing others campsites unless permission has been granted. - Please stay on roads and designated paths throughout the grounds. - Please be responsible when having a campfire and keep campfire contained to a fire ring only. - Campfires should be extinguished before retiring for the night and should never be left unattended. - Fire rings are not to be used for garbage cans – only newspaper, kindling and firewood should be burned in the fire ring. - Please do not move the fire rings, we do not want multiple burnt spots on the sites. - Put everything back: If you moved the picnic table, or other items on the site, move them back. - And, if you created holes or trenches fill these in, they can be dangerous for new campers. - Please keep your campsite clean during your stay and leave the campsite in same condition you found it in when you arrived. - Maximum of 2 cars per site. Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi is available at no charge throughout the park. - There is no password required. - Wi-Fi is intended for web browsing, check emails and other low band width activities. - We do not guarantee there will be access for everyone as we are in a wooded area and the ability to connect may be different for everyone. Firewood - Per Vermont law, firewood must be purchased in-state unless it is heat treated and a certificate verifying such is provided. - To protect our trees and surrounding woods please do not transport untreated firewood from out of state. - We do have firewood available to purchase at $9 per bag, after hours there is an honor box next to the office door that you may utilize to purchase firewood after hours.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
