Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Restrooms - Restrooms are located behind the Harbor Office, and on the north and east sides of the marina. - They are unlocked during the daytime. - After hours, contact Security for restroom access. Showers - Showers are located in the restrooms behind the harbor office and on the north side of the marina. - Come to the office for a key or contact Security after hours. Laundry - Laundry facilities are available with key access in the building behind the office and in the restroom located on the north side of the marina. - Come to the harbor office or contact security after hours for a key. - Both have soap and dryer sheet dispensers. - Change is available at the office. Wifi - Contact Harbor Office or Security for access info. Dinghy - You are welcome to tie a dinghy at the Work dock or the Check-in dock when registering, using bathroom/shower facilities, or running brief errands. - Please be considerate of other boaters and leave plenty of room for other vessels. Sewage Pump-out - A sewage pump-out station is located at the check-in dock just in front and to the west of the office. Extended Stays - If you would like to stay for longer than a few days, we have discounted monthly and annual rates. - We can convert any daily rates that you have paid within the last 30 days to a longer-term rate upon credit approval and completion of a Berthing Agreement. - Check with the office for details. Security - Security monitors VHF Channel 16 or can be reached on cell phone 707-954-8341. Laundry Facilities - On-site laundry facilities are currently under construction. - We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will update you as soon as they are up and running again. Guest Billing Fee - All outlay, costs, fees, and expenses which the district may incur in collecting the guest billing. - These costs shall include, but are not limited to: personnel, attorney’s fees, court fees, services of process, investigator, and other costs. ($10.00 minimum fee) Interest on Accounts Due - 1.5% interest per month. - If interest is not timely paid, the amount of interest unpaid will bear interest at 1.5% per month. - The unpaid interest, so compounded, with not exceed an amount equal to simple interest on the unpaid principal at the maximum rate permitted by law. - Each payment will be credited first to the interest that is due. - The remainder of each payment will then be credited to the outstanding principal, and interest will cease to accrue against any amounts so credited. Late Fee - If any payment shall not be made on its due date, a late charge of $30.00 shall be charged by the district for the purpose of defraying the expenses incident to handling such delinquent payments. - Proof of actual damages would be costly or inconvenient. - Such late charge shall be paid without prejudice to the district’s right to collect any other amount provided to be paid or to declare a default caused by virtue of the untimely payment or from exercising any of the district’s other rights or remedies. Boat Slip Rental Policies - A slip will not be rented to any individual with an outstanding delinquent account. - All slip rentals are subject to availability. - Any vessel for which there is no current berthing permit and rental agreement on file will be subject to daily rates. - In order to encourage prompt check-in, any moorage due that is older than one month at the time a new berthing permit is signed will not be switched to the new permit. - It will remain the responsibility of the vessel owner at the daily rate. - In order to rent a slip, the applicant must first present for inspection and copying either the official documentation or state registration for their vessel. - The documentation or registration must be current. - If the vessel is newly purchased, the applicant must first present for inspection and copying of the bill of sale for the vessel. - In addition, the new documentation or registration must be presented within 60 days of the initial signing of the berthing permit and rental agreement within 60 days of initial application or the agreement will be terminated. - All legal owners of the vessel, as listed on the documentation or registration, must sign the berthing permit and rental agreement within 60 days of initial application, or the agreement will be terminated.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
