Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 1:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - An additional fee may apply if checking out after 11:00 am. - Please check with the campground office for availability before 11:00 am if you wish to extend your stay. - You may keep the same site only if it is not reserved. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Boats - Please be courteous to other boaters and do not leave unattended boats tied to docks. Children Policy - To ensure safety throughout the park, parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Delayed Arrivals - If arriving after hours, site availability is posted in the campground office window for your convenience. Electric - If you experience an electrical problem, please report it to the office immediately. - If you elect not to report a problem and call a serviceman instead, the City of Branson will not be responsible for any charges. Fires - We welcome campers to use barbecue grills and elevated fire pits. - Please, no ground fires. - A community fire pit is located at the pavilion. Generators - Campers are required to turn off their generators between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:00 am. Hook-Ups - 30/50 amp full-hook-ups are provided. - When pulling into the RV site, the electric and sewer hook-up must always be on the driver’s side. Instruction - To allow access for other campers, please park your RV within your designated site area. Just for Campers - Campground restrooms and showers are for campers only. - Access code information is available at the office upon check-in. Speed Limit - Please observe the 10 mph speed limit to help us ensure a safe campground. Trees - Help us preserve trees in the campground. - Please, no cutting or breaking branches or clotheslines allowed in the park. Mopeds & Golf Carts - Any person under the age of 16 is not permitted to operate a moped or golf cart. Golf carts are not allowed on city streets. Parking Policy - Parking is not allowed in unoccupied sites as they may be reserved for incoming guests. - Cars and boats may be towed at the owner’s expense if parked in a site. - For assistance on where to park extra vehicles or boats, please inquire with campground staff. Outside Lighting - All outside decorative lighting (with the exception of door security light) must be turned off by 10:00 pm. Propane - Propane deliveries are not available in the campground. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Reservations and Refunds - The first night’s payment (non-refundable) is required at the time of reservation, and a credit card is required to hold the remaining nights reserved. - In the event of a cancellation, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to receive a refund for the remaining nights. - Refunds are not available during the winter self-registration period from December 20 to February 28, any holiday, or for the 28-day long-term rates. - No refunds for weekends in October and November, regardless of notice. - Your credit card will be charged for the entire stay. - No refunds for holidays, regardless of notice. - Prices are subject to change. Sites - No more than one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site. - Exceptions may include motorcycles with small trailers and small trailers with prior staff approval. - For assistance on where to park extra vehicles or boats, please inquire with campground staff. Tents - Tent camping is not permitted. Unattended RV’s - No unattended RVs may be left for 24 hours or more unless arrangements have been made with the campground staff. Violations - The City of Branson reserves the right to evict anyone violating and/or destroying property or creating a disturbance. Waste Water - Each camper must have or purchase a sewer collar. - Sewer hook-ups and a dump station are available for your convenience. - Draining of wastewater or gray water on the ground is a health hazard and is prohibited. - Airtight sewer connection is required. Pet Policy - Pets are always welcome; however, they must be on a leash no more than 8 feet long at all times. - Please have an adult supervise children when walking your dog. - Pets may not be left unattended or left tied up outside. - Please be courteous to others in the park and always clean up after your pet. - Designated areas and waste bags are provided for your convenience. Guests - All RV guests are expected to behave in a responsible, courteous, and safe manner. - Unruly or destructive behavior is not permitted and may result in eviction from the park. - No refunds will be given if a guest is asked to leave the park due to poor behavior. - In more severe cases, the City of Branson reserves the right to refuse future reservations to the park. Zero Tolerance - Solicitation and/or peddling is prohibited (Ordinance 26-62) within the park. Geese and Ducks - Please do not feed the wildlife, it encourages them to stay. Incidentals - The guest's credit card on file will be charged if there is any damage to the Branson Lakeside RV Park property. Deposit - The first night will be charged upon reservation; it is a non-refundable deposit. Payment - The credit/debit card on file will be charged the day after the scheduled arrival date. - If you want to pay cash, please call ahead. Discounts - Loyalty or Veteran Discount will be applied at the time of check-in. - No holiday refunds - No refunds will be given during holiday stays, regardless of notice. Arrival Times - 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
