Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV Check-in Time: 2 p.m. - RV Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - Check-in is located in the main park office. - Late checkout will result in an additional $25.00 charge - Late checkouts occurring after 4:00 p.m. will result in a full charge for a night's stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Trash & Waste Disposal - No dumping of bulky or large items, electronics, paint, or chemicals. - Trash or other items left in sight after leaving will result in a $50.00 disposal charge to the card saved on file. - No washing of dishes or utensils in the restrooms. - There are two sinks on the property. - Please pick up after your pet - failure to do so will result in a notice of violation of park rules. - It is against the law in California. Park Property & Infrastructure - No alterations or changes to park grounds, property, or infrastructure without prior approval from management. Smoking & Alcohol - No smoking within 50 feet of park playgrounds, buildings, or recreational facilities. Facility Access Restrictions - No pets; no open containers of alcohol are allowed in the Park office, recreational community facilities, playground, laundry room, or restrooms. - Service animals are accepted. Pet Policy - No aggressive pets. - Disruptive or aggressive pets on grounds are subject to removal without refund. - No aggressive breeds allowed - Pets must be on a leash at all times. Noise & Conduct - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate your stay without refund for violation of Resort Rules and Policies. Extended Stays - We do not offer monthly discounts nor reservations longer than one month in duration. - Extended stay discounts are based on the daily rate for each site. - All extended stay guests must be approved by the Operations Manager. Vehicles & Parking - All vehicles must be well-maintained and in good working order; vehicles in poor repair may be asked to leave the park. - Vehicle condition violations include, but are not limited to, tarps, broken windows, excessive rust, and more. - All vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or any other type of motorized vehicle must be registered with the office and must be kept within the boundary of your assigned site. - No parking of any vehicle, trailer, or motorcycle on the grass. - Any extra vehicle, boat, or trailer is subject to an additional charge. - Vehicle washing is allowed by permit only. - Permits are $20.00 and are available in the front office. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 5 MPH. Site Use & Tenting - No let or sublet is allowed - Failure to renew for an overstay is cause for your RV to be towed at the owner's expense. - Tents are allowed in tent sites and certain pre-approved RV sites only; tents placed in RV sites are subject to additional charges. Utilities & Appliances - No space heaters or hotplates allowed. - Use of generators in the park is prohibited, except in the event of an emergency and with the prior approval from park management. Campfires & Drones - Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings, grills, or barbecues only. - Fires must be attended by a responsible adult at all times and must be completely extinguished before leaving your site. - Please, do not burn trash. - No flying of drones or drone photography without approval by park management.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - By making a reservation and providing a credit/debit card and being assigned a reservation number, you agree to our cancellation policy. - Cancelations made prior to 72 hours before check-in will not be charged; less than 72 hours advance notice of your cancellation will result in a 100% charge for your first scheduled night of stay, and a 50% charge on the remaining days of your reservation. - All reservations require a valid debit or credit card to be held on file, as well as a copy of your ID. - We reserve the right to move you to a different site at no cost or expense to management. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please email Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation at [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
