To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

<p><strong>Camping Guidelines for Dallas NE Campground</strong></p><p><strong>Guests:</strong>&nbsp;Guests are welcome. All guests must register at the office and pay a fee.</p><p><strong>Playground:</strong>&nbsp;No small children without adult supervision. No playing after dark. No pets on playground.</p><p><strong>Parking:</strong>&nbsp;Please do not park in empty sites or on RV site grass.</p><p><strong>Cabins:</strong>&nbsp;No cooking or smoking in cabins. Pets must be leashed and picked up after at all times. Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside of cabin.</p><p><strong>Lake:</strong>&nbsp;The 5 acre fishing lake is located on the south side of the campground. No fishing license is required for guests. No swimming or boats of any kind are allowed in lake. It is Catch &amp; Release.</p><p><strong>Pets:</strong>&nbsp;Dogs, cats and other pets are allowed only if leashed at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended. No pets in ANY campground buildings.&nbsp;No aggressive breeds. No pens allowed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Swimming Pool:</strong>&nbsp;No lifeguard on duty at any time. Pool Hours: 9:30-9:30. Help keep the pool area clean, dispose of your trash properly. Absolutely&nbsp;NO GLASS containers allowed in pool area. Anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All posted rules must be observed.&nbsp;NO PETS and NO SMOKING in pool area. Proper swimming attire at all times. No cut offs or street clothes allowed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Rates:</strong>&nbsp;Our rates are based on one or two persons, using one camping unit on one campsite. Additional person is $5.00 each.</p><p><strong>Campers:</strong>&nbsp;The actions and safety of your children and quests are your responsibility. You may wash your RV after approval of management.</p><p><strong>Restroom:</strong>&nbsp;Our restrooms are open 24 hours. We do clean them between 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Please be aware of this time. We take pride in keeping them clean. Notify the office if they need attention.</p><p><strong>Conservation:</strong>&nbsp;Please preserve our campsites and help conserve water and other natural resources.</p><p><strong>Alcohol:</strong>&nbsp;No open containers will be allowed in vehicles. We will adhere to all state rules regarding alcohol consumption. No public consumption. No public display.</p><p><strong>Check-Out Time:</strong>&nbsp;12:00 Noon. If your camping plans change, please come by the office no later than 10am. Your site may have reservations. We will do our best to accommodate you.</p><p><strong>Motor Vehicles:</strong>&nbsp;Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit. No gas/electric powered ATVs or Golf Carts.</p><p><strong>Sewer Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is required on all sewer hookups.&nbsp;If you do not have one, they are sold in the campground office.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Risk:</strong>&nbsp;Management reserves the&nbsp;right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Guests and visitors agree to use&nbsp;the campground&nbsp;at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for acts of God,&nbsp;damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and&nbsp;fees that we deem necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mats, Area Rugs, Etc:</strong>&nbsp;Anything that can possibly leave dead areas on the lawn are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. This includes breathable mats.</p><p><strong>Monthly Guidelines</strong></p><ul><li>Rate covers 2 people and 2 vehicles; Each additional person over 3 is $30 per month; vehicle/trailer is $25 per month.</li><li>Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. No pens allowed.</li><li>Satellite Antennas MUST be placed in front or back of RV on the gravel - NOT in the site grass.</li><li>Any visiting guest MUST register and pay in the office if they choose to swim/fish or stay the night.</li><li>Please keep site and yard free of clutter so that we can keep out campground looking great.</li><li>NO ATV's or golf carts allowed.</li><li>Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Please respect your neighbors.</li><li>RV washing must be approved with the office.</li><li>No porches, steps or ramps.</li><li>NO rugs or mats allowed on site grass. NO deep freezers or refrigerators outside the RV.</li><li>2 vehicles and 1 RV per site. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy - We recognize that plans change, but there needs to be some limits to avoid depriving others of staying with us. - For RV and tent sites, we require a two-night deposit plus a $5.00 booking fee to secure your reservation. - If you are within that 7-day time, you will forfeit the entire deposit. - Reservations made for 30 days or more will require a 30-day notice of cancellation. - The deposit does not include any extra charges for additional guests. - If you wish to reduce the number of days, this must be done 7 days prior to your arrival. - At this time, you will be responsible for your entire stay that we have held. - Please note that we cannot refund any payments if you decide to leave early after check-in. Cabins - For the Cabins, payment in full is required at the time of booking. - If you cancel prior to 14 days of arrival, we will refund your full payment less a one-night stay. - If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your payment. Refund Policy - All refunds are subject to campground discretion. - If you cancel prior to 7 full calendar days before your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded your deposit on your credit card. - Less than a $25 cancellation fee plus the $5.00 booking fee per site. - Reservations made for 30 or more days require a $350 non-refundable deposit. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
