Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - RV/Campsite check-in time: after 3 PM and before dusk - RV/Campsite check-out time: 12 noon - Cabin/Cottage check-in time: 4 PM - Cabin/Cottage check-out time: 11 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet Time 11 PM - 9 AM. - No outside music, TVs, or noisy activities. - Generators may not be operated in the campground. Campfires - Campfires must never be left unattended. Occupancy - Only 1 RV, 1 picnic table, and 2 vehicles per site. - One immediate family or 6 unrelated adults per site. - An 8’ x 6’ or smaller tent may be used on most RV sites. Firearms - Firearms must remain in your camper at all times. Trees - Do not cut/damage any trees or insert any hooks or nails into trees. Motorcycles/Bicycles - Motorcycles may be ridden to/from the campsite only. - Bicycles and scooters may be ridden on roads only. Speed Limit - The speed limit of 5 MPH must be observed by all wheeled vehicles. Alcohol - Alcohol may be consumed inconspicuously on your site. - Use of illegal substances or misuse of alcohol is grounds for immediate ejection. Electric Vehicles - Electric golf carts may be operated by licensed drivers and children over 10 when accompanied by an adult. - Gas-powered carts are not allowed. - Electric vehicles may be charged for a fee if prior arrangements are made with the office. Boats - Boats, sport utility vehicles, and utility trailers must be parked in the overflow lot by the Dog Park. Pet Policy - No dogs allowed on our beach. - All pets must be on a 6-foot leash at all times and tethered when on your campsite. - No pets may be left unattended outside or in tents/popups. - Pets left alone in RVs must remain quiet during your absence. - You must clean up after your pet anywhere on the campground property. - Pet stations have been provided for your convenience. - The maximum number of pets per site is 2 -- exceptions must be approved before arrival. - Obey all the rules while using the Bark Park. - If you are traveling with a dog(s), you are certifying that your pet is up-to-date on shots, you will keep your pet leashed and tethered within your campsite at all times, and you will not allow your pet to bark excessively. - Excessive barking will be an issue. - If pets are deemed a disturbance, you will be asked to leave the campground without a refund. Trash - Trash will be collected roadside throughout the day. - Last pickup is 8 PM, or it must be kept in the RV or car. - Do not leave trash in firepits upon departure. Visitors - All visitors must register and pay a guest fee. - Campers are responsible for the actions of their guests. - All guests must depart by 10 PM. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children's conduct. - Children cannot be left alone in the park without adult supervision. - All children, including teens, need to return to their campsite by 10 PM. - Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the Lodge. Prohibited - No fireworks or Chinese lanterns allowed in the park or beach. - No fires allowed on the beach. - No washing of RVs or vehicles. - No outside deliveries of firewood are allowed. - No political flags may be displayed anywhere on campground property. Boat Guidelines - Our dock can accommodate aluminum watercraft 16' or less. - Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pontoon or fiberglass boats at our roll-in dock. - Pontoons or fiberglass boats may anchor offshore with a front and back anchor; the water is shallow enough to walk to the shoreline.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campsite Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival: Deposit will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made 5 – 9 days prior to your scheduled arrival: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. - Cancellations less than 5 days prior to your arrival or no shows: No refunds. - Option: You may change your campsite reservation dates up to 5 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cottage Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival: Deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. - Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your arrival or no shows: No refunds. - No refunds for early departures for any reason. - Option: You may change your reservation dates up to 14 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Refund Policy - Our guarantee: If within one hour after check-in you are not satisfied with our facilities or services, we will refund your money, no questions asked. - After one hour, no refunds. - There will be no refunds after you have checked in for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. - Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
