Check-In Procedure RV/Tent - Check-in time: 1:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am Cabin/Tipi - Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy Changes/Cancellations - Please contact the office as soon as possible if changes are needed to avoid fees. - Cancellations made 4 or more days before your scheduled arrival date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within three days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a one-night reservation charge. - No refunds for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows. - No refunds or credits for weather. - Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. - Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. - Please check with Smokiam RV Resort for details. - Refunds due to weather conditions will not be issued. Refund Policy - The best part of outdoor adventure is being outside. - We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. - The fun continues rain or shine. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
