To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedures - Check-in time begins at 1:00 p.m. - Check-in is located in the main park office. - Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. unless an extension is previously arranged with management. - Late checkout will result in an additional $25.00 charge. - Late checkouts occurring after 4:00 p.m. will result in a full charge for a night's stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Vehicle Rules - Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense. - No vehicle washing without a permit from the Coastal Pines RV Resort office. - Purchase your permit from the office. - Vehicle washing is allowed by permit only. - Permits are $20.00 and are available in the front office. - All vehicles must be well-maintained and in good working order; vehicles in poor repair may be asked to leave the park. - Vehicle condition violations include, but are not limited to, tarps, broken windows, excessive rust, and more. - All vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or any other type of motorized vehicle must be registered with the office and must be kept within the boundary of your assigned site. - No parking of any vehicle, trailer, or motorcycle on the grass. - Any extra vehicle, boat, or trailer is subject to an additional charge. Vendors and Maintenance - All outside vendors servicing or cleaning RVs must be approved in writing from Coastal Pines RV Resort management. - No RV repairing, maintenance, or oil changing allowed. Site Use and Alterations - No let or sublet allowed. - Duration of stay is limited to 90 days. - No alterations or changes to park grounds, property, or infrastructure without prior approval from management. - We reserve the right to move you to a different site at no cost or expense to management. - Management reserves the right to move you to another space if needed at no cost to the park. - If you have any door mats that are on any grass areas, doormats must be moved every day. - All hoses, wires, etc., including sewer hose, must be placed on asphalt. - Any damage to these items as a result of maintenance will not be the responsibility of the park. Dishwashing and Sink Use - No dish or utensil washing in the restroom allowed. - No washing of dishes or utensils in the restrooms. - There are two slab sinks on the property. Fire and Hazard Safety - Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings, grills, or barbecues only. - Fires must be attended by a responsible adult at all times and must be completely extinguished before leaving your site. - Please, do not burn trash. - No dumping of bulky or large items, electronics, paint, or chemicals. - Trash or other items left on site after leaving will result in a $50.00 disposal charge to the card saved on file. - No space heaters or hotplates allowed. - Use of generators in the park is prohibited, except in the event of an emergency and with the prior approval from park management. Smoking and Drone Use - No smoking within 50 feet of park playground, buildings, or recreational facilities. - No flying of drones or drone photography without approval by park management. Pet Policy - No aggressive pets. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - Disruptive or aggressive pets are grounds for removal without refund. - Please pick up after your pet. - Failure to do so will result in a notice of violation of park rules. - No pets and no open containers of alcohol are allowed in the park office, recreational center, community facilities, playground, laundry room, or restrooms. - No pit bulls allowed. Extended Stay Policy - We do not offer monthly discounts nor reservations longer than one month in duration. - Extended stay discounts are based on the daily rate for each site. - All extended stay guests must be approved by the operations manager. Tent Policy - Tents are allowed in tent sites and certain pre-approved RV sites only. - Tents placed in RV sites are subject to additional charges. Responsibility and Liability - Coastal Pines RV Resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or articles. Rule Enforcement and Eviction - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate your stay with Coastal Pines RV Resort for violation of rules and policies. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate your stay without refund for violation of resort rules and policies. - Failure to renew for an overstay is cause for your RV to be towed at owner’s expense. - Failure to abide by our policies may result in eviction without refunds. General Information - For everyone's mutual enjoyment, the resort has policies and rules in place for the consideration of all our guests and the protection of the property and environment. - While some of the policies may seem onerous in isolation, our policies overall are designed for the comfort and better enjoyment of all of our guests in aggregate. - To avoid any unpleasantness (we don't enjoy rules enforcement any more than you do), please take a moment to review our key rules listed below, and be sure to review and obey all the rules when you arrive.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - By making a reservation, providing a credit/debit card, and being assigned a reservation number, you agree to our cancellation policy. - Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before check-in will not be charged. - Less than 72 hours' advance notice of your cancellation will result in a 100% charge for your first scheduled night of stay, and a 50% charge on the remaining days of your reservation. - All reservations require a valid debit or credit card to be held on file. - A copy of your ID may be requested. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
