To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Kindly review the policies below which apply to your stay. Feel free to email us with any questions in advance of your stay. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Travel Information: COVID 19 - Please be aware that some resort services or amenities, potentially including playground equipment and meeting room availability, may be disrupted while we work to support our guests and team members during the COVID-19 outbreak. - For the safety of all guests, cookware, dishes, and utensils have been removed from the motel rooms and cabins. - All guests are encouraged to bring their own personal sanitizers and health products, pending continued shortfalls of available supplies. - At this time, we are unable to grant early check-in or late check-out. - Please contact the resort directly should you have any questions relating to your stay. - Thank you for your patience and understanding. The Store/Front Desk is located at the south end of the property next to the boat ramp. CHECK-IN TIME is at 3:00 pm. You are welcome to call the office to see if your room is available for early check-in. There is a $25 fee for early check-in. CHECK-OUT TIME is at 11:00 am for the MOTEL/CABINS & 12:00 for RV/TENT sites. - If you are later than 8 pm in the summer and 6 pm in the winter, please give us a phone call. - Your reservation balance will be charged to your credit card on file, so your key will be available for pickup. - Please stop in the next morning to do the "official check-in" with your signature, ID, and credit card. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - age 12 and under stay free. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. - Please respect this time. - Resort Hosts are on the property and will monitor this. - Profanity, loud music, or other behavior that may be considered inappropriate is not allowed on Silver Lake Resort property. Firewood, Kindling, Ice, Drinks, Snacks, Fishing Tackle, and many staple items are available for purchase in our Store/Front Desk. - We also have BOAT Rentals, Fishing Rod Rentals, Life Jackets to check out to guests, Day Use, and Group Meeting Room for rent. - Let us know how we can help you with your reservation needs. - Also, please let us know if you will have extra vehicles, extra people, day guests arriving, bringing a boat, and/or if you are bringing pets. Fees apply. Our Motel is "Pet free." If you are bringing your furry family friends, you can stay in a Pet-friendly Cabin or RV/Tent space. Here are the resort policies that we want to make you aware of, so all of our guests will have a great experience: - 50% deposit/payment is required with reservations of two or more nights - 100% deposit/payment is required if your stay is less than two nights. - All payments are accepted by Visa or Mastercard. - Balance Due upon arrival Smoking: - All of our rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke elsewhere, outside on the property. - Although Washington State has legalized the use of marijuana, we do not permit it on our property in any form. Pets: - Our Motel is 100% "Pet Free." - Pets are permitted in the Cabins ($15 per pet, per night) and camping areas ($5 per pet, per night). - Please be responsible & clean up after your pet. - It is your responsibility to keep your pet(s) on an owner-controlled leash at all times. - There is a $25.00 fee for not picking up after your pet. - Please do not bathe pets in any facility bathroom. - If you have a pet in the pet-free motel, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged. - If your pet is found to be aggressive, it will not be allowed to stay at the resort. - If you bring a pet and plan to crate or kennel it at the motel, you will need to take your pet home or book a cabin if available. Fish cleaning is not allowed in the rooms. A cleaning station is provided on the dock for all guests to use. Extra charges apply for excessive cleaning caused by smoking in or near the room, cleaning fish in the room, dirty dishes, excessive pet hair, dirt, or other cleaning issues, etc. Extra charges apply for missing, broken, or damaged items in the room or property. Extra persons: - RV and Tent areas are listed for 4 persons (any age). - A $5 per person, per day fee is added to your reservation for extra people with a maximum of 8 persons total on any site. - Additional persons will require renting an additional site. - A $10.00 fee will be charged for extra tents but MUST still fit entirely within the unit site. - Up to two medium tents are allowed on each RV/tent site. RV sites are designed for one RV or up to two medium tents. Tent sites are designed for up to two medium tents. You must clean your site and dump your trash in the dumpster. There are firepits at every Cabin, RV site, and Tent site. - You must have 5 gallons of water and a shovel next to your campfire if you choose to have one. - We will put your fire out if you do not have these items. - There is a $25 fee for leaving your fire pit dirty upon checkout. - Please place all ashes in the metal cans provided, never in the dumpster. Full Hook-up sites with sewer hook-ups (RV 10-15) - We require you to arrive empty with no sewage or gray water in your holding tanks. - Sanitizers or deodorizers are not allowed. - We are on a septic system. - After you arrive, we will unlock your sewer cap after you have shown that your tanks are empty. Motel & Cabins: - There are specific limits to the capacity of each room, and it is identified in the information section of each room. - Exceeding this capacity will generate a $5 per person per night fee, with a maximum - depending on the room. - Any additional persons will require renting additional accommodations. Visitors/Day Use: - $5 +tx per person, per day that your guest visits. - The property becomes very busy, and people love to come to hang out, fish, visit with friends or family, swim, etc. Extra Vehicles: - Each unit is allowed parking for one vehicle. - Charges will be added for each additional vehicle $5 per vehicle per day. - Extra vehicles will need to park in the overflow parking at the top of the property. Boats: - Guests are allowed to bring ONE boat per room/site. - If you bring more than one boat, you will be charged a moorage fee per night. - All boats can be moored at the dock on a first-come, first-serve basis. - Sign up for your dock space at the front desk/office after you arrive. - It is recommended that you bring bumpers to put on the side of your boat or dock space. - Boat trailers are disconnected from the truck and parked in the boat trailer parking. - Boats or trailers cannot park on your site & cannot be parked together due to the limited space. - Utility trailers or open trailers are also parked in boat trailer parking due to the limited space on the property.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
