To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1 PM. - Check-out time is 12 PM. - Early arrivals and late departures are subject to additional charges. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Office Hours - Office Hours are 9:00 Am – 5:00 PM. Emergency - For emergency please dial 911. Late Payments - Late fees apply to late payments and returned checks. Rates and Discounts - Rates based on 2 people per RV - All discounts and coupons must be submitted at check-in and will not be honored after payment is made Pet Policy - At River Run RV Park, we love pets! - With so many four-legged friends at the resort, we’ve established some rules to keep everyone happy and safe. - Only 2 pets are allowed per site. - Pets’ vaccinations should be up-to-date and current. - Your lot and the equestrian trail are permitted areas for pet relief. - Please be courteous and note that your neighbor’s lots are off-limits for pet relief, and should not be walked through. - Guest will immediately clean up after their pet and dispose of any waste in a marked trash receptacle. - Pets must be kept on a 6’ leash and under control at all times. - Aggressive and uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain in the Resort. - Barking dogs are considered a nuisance and will not be tolerated. - Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time. - Pets may not enter pool/spa areas, or any park buildings. - Pet pens are allowed only while in use and must be put away when not in use. - Limited stay length for Aggressive breeds and large (over 50 lbs) dogs. Online Payments - We accept visa, Mastercard, and Discover for online payments. Service Charges - Service charges may be charged for any changes to the reservation. - One change to a reservation will be allowed without incurring any service charge. - Subsequent changes to the reservation will be charged $15.00 per change. - Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to the current rates at the time of the change. Lights - Lights are on motion sensors and cannot be disabled. - If lights are disabled the staff will ask you to end the party immediately and there will be no refund for the party being cut short or of the cleaning deposit. Quiet Hour - No extremely loud music at any time, music after 9:00 pm must be at a level not to disturb other park guests. Children Policy - Children must be supervised at all times. Facilities - The rental is for the meeting room and kitchen facilities only. - Use of the Recreation room and pool area is for Park guests and the party must not be allowed to overflow into the recreation room or pool area. - The party must end by 11:00 PM. - Allowance may be made for time to clean the room until midnight. - No tampering with or removal of park property. Cleanliness and Damages - You will be responsible for all damages to the property and for cleaning charges if not left clean. Campground Disclaimer - It is agreed that the RV Owner is solely responsible for protecting their RV and any and all electronic appliances therein from any and all power surges or fluctuations in water pressure that may occur at the space during the RV Owner’s stay at the resort. - It is agreed and understood that if RV Owner, RV Owner’s family, RV Owner’s Guest(s), or any other occupant of the RV Owner’s RV use the Resort’s Recreational Facilities they do so at their own risk and with no liability at the Resort. - It is advised that RV Owner and RV Owner’s family members and Guests should not use these facilities alone. - Recreational Vehicles in the Resort for less than 30 days may be removed from the premises without judicial ruling for any of the following reasons: Failure to pay for occupancy at this Resort or failure to comply with the Rules & Regulations of this Resort. - California Civil Code Section 799.20 through 799.79. - Traffic Enforcement Agency Phone # 760-836-1600. - Please be advised that Civil Code Sections 799.22 and 1866 allow for the removal of a recreational vehicle from a recreational vehicle resort when the guest fails to depart by the checkout time on the agreed date. - Please be further advised that Civil Code Section 1867 provides that the Resort Management may require a guest to move from one space in the Resort to a different space in the Resort if an imminent danger is present, as determined by Resort Management. - There are additional charges for pets and extra occupants. - Additional rules apply please inquire in the office. - Contact the office for a list of all current park rules.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
