To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Water's Edge RV & Cabin Resort Rules It is our desire to provide you with a pleasant and memorable stay. For all customers comfort and safety, the following policies are in effect: -Management & Ownership Prerogative: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. -Check-out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 am. You may request a late check out for $15.00. Sony, No Late Check-outs in our cabins. -Parking: Please help us manage congestion by parking all boats and boat trailers in the overflow parking north of the office. -Speed limit: For the safety of our patrons & pets, Please obey the 5 l\1PH speed limit throughout the resort. -Payment: All fees are payable in advance. Fees are based on two people and one tow vehicle. All visitors must register at the office to use the facilities. -Insurance: All guests are required to show proof of valid insurance upon request; failure to do so will result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be given. -Vehicles: We reserve the right to refuse or allow vehicles at our discretion. In general, we do not accept homemade RV's, school bus conversions, or any vehicle with a manufacture year prior to 2010. All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured, and in operating order at all times. -We will fight all credit card disputes. Early departure does not constitute a basis for refund. -Hook-Ups: Each site is full service with 50, 30, 20 amp electrical, high-pressure water connection, and sewer. High Speed, wireless internet connection is available throughout the resort. -(Water pressure regulators are highly recommended for your hose connection.) -Trash: Please put your trash in plastic bags and place them in the nearest trash receptacle. We have lots of critters roaming about, so please don't place trash outside at night. If you clean fish at your site, PLEASE throw the remains back into the lake. NOT in the dumpsters. View: To take the best advantage of the Water's Edge view, some sites are designed as a pull-in for coaches and a back-in for towables. Towables, the hook-ups are on the right side, so long power cords are needed on some sites. Please inquire at the office. Laundry: Laund1-y and Restroom facilities are located at the north end of the clubhouse. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. Do Not put out clotheslines or hang laundry outside. Tents: Sony, but our park is not designed for tent camping, so tents are not allowed. Pets: Do not leave your pet outside unattended. Pets may be walked in the grassy area in the center of the resort; however, you must pick them up after your pet. If your pet disturbs other guests, you will be required to leave the resort without refund. This means "NO BARKING. " Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children must be on your site by 9:30 PM. And give them a hug Boat Slips: Do not park in someone else's slip. Waters Edge is not responsible for damages that may occur while your boat is parked in the slip. Fishing: We have some of the best fishing on Grand Lake right here at Water's Edge. Children must be accompanied by a parent. Club House: No children under the age of 18 allowed unless accompanied by an adult. Golf Carts I Four Runners: Children under the age of 16 must be with an adult in the front seat of the Cart/Runner. No Exceptions! Washing - If you want to wash your RV, Boat, etc. Please notify the office the price is $10.00. If we catch you, it's $20.00. Quiet Time: 10: 00PM - 8:00 AM Frowns: Not allowed. If you feel compelled to have one, please leave it at the dump station and pick it up when you leave. Swimming: A swimming dock with a ladder is located near the log cabins. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Water's Edge is not responsible for your safety. Life jackets are recommended.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
