To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Policies & Guidelines : FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT: Reservations: -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. -All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, early reservations are encouraged. A non-refundable deposit ($10 for each campsite, $25 for each cabin) is required at the time of reservation and must be fully paid two weeks before arrival. All holiday weekends (three-night minimum) must be fully paid at the time of the reservation. Campsites are limited to six people. Maximum occupancy in cabins varies depending on the size cabin rented. -Check-in: 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. for campsites. 3 p.m. for cabins. -Check-out: 1 p.m. for campsites and 12 p.m. for cabins. -Campsites -Campsites are limited to one RV unit and one small tent or one large tent and one small tent. -Cancellation Policy -Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival, all fees except the non-refundable deposit are refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all fees forfeited—no refunds for inclement weather, early departure, or ejection by management. Quiet Time -11 p.m.- 8 a.m. Please respect others camping around you. -Swimming -Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekends -Registered Campers 9:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. -Public 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. -NO lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk. -Pets -$2 for each pet, per day. There’s a maximum of two pets per site. Your pet must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Have proof of shots and tags at check-in. NO animals are permitted in tent camping, cabins, on the beach, at the pool. Emergency Information: -In an Emergency, notify a Springs Resort team member. -Police: Dial 911 or Eaton Police at 937-4456-6262 -Fire/Ambulance: Dial 911 -Hospital: Reid Memorial Hospital 1100 Reid Parkway Richmond, IN 47374 800-382-7343 or 756-983-3000 Preble County Medical Center 450-B Washington Jackson Rd Eaton, OH 45320, 937-456-8300 -Vet: Eaton Veterinary 937-456-7147 -Inclement Weather: Tornado Siren Located in New, Paris -Chapel Basement, Bath Houses, or the Lodge are the best places to seek shelter. -Bicycling, Skateboarding, and Golf Carts -Bicycling, Skateboarding, and Golf Cart usage are at your own risk. Licensed drivers may drive golf carts only. No riding or driving after dark, even if you have lights. -Laundry: -Laundry facilities are located in the middle bathhouse. -Trash: -Please dispose of trash, including cigarette butts, in proper receptacles. Place bagged trash at the end of your site by 8 p.m. for pick up by a resort staff person. Please do not leave trash outside overnight. -Sports Equipment: -Sports equipment may be rented through the store. Sports equipment available for rent: shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, basketballs, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboats. Check in the store for further information. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
