Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - RV check-in time: 2:00 pm. - RV check-out time: 12:00 pm. - Lodging units check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Lodging units check-out time: 11:00 am. - There is no early check-in or late check-out. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Lodging Units - Linens, sheets, pillows, and towels are not provided. Visitors - Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. - All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee, and receive a parking pass. - Day visitors must depart nightly by 10:00 pm. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. Pool/Splash Pad Policy - Hours are posted at each location and on our daily activity log. - No lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool, or any other water-related activity, and participating in and swimming is at your own risk. - Anyone 16 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times at the pool or any other water-related activity. - Please obey the rules as posted. Payment - Rent is due in full on the same date as your initial booked date of each month. - Late payments may incur a fee of $50 after a 5-day grace period. Online Booking Fee - If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded. Occupancy - Only registered guests and their listed occupants may stay on the site. - Subletting is not permitted. Guest - Guests assume all risks associated with their stay. Cleanliness - Guests must keep their site clean and free of trash. Site Maintenance - No permanent structures, flags, decor or alterations may be made without prior approval. Utilities - Basic utilities (water/sewer/electric) are included unless otherwise stated. - Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges. Behavior - Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or harassment of others will result in immediate termination of this agreement. Pets - Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. - Aggressive pets are not allowed. - Pets are not allowed to be left outside tied up. Campground Disclaimer - The campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. - The campground reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violations of rules or other just cause.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 10 days or more from the scheduled date of check in will receive a full refund. - Less a $30 cancellation fee per site or guests may receive a camping credit for the full value paid, to be used at the campground within (1) one year from the date of cancellation. - Camping credits are not refundable. Any cancellations made within 10 days or less of the reservation check in date are non-refundable. Reservation Policy - All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival which we will take automatically with the credit card on file. - Special or promotional offers are only valid on non-holiday or special event weekends and cannot be combined with any other offers. Cancellation Modification - In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the Campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. - Any additional service fee charged to you by the Campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing. - Both you and each Campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification. Booking - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your Campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your Campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. - Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
