To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. - If arriving outside of check-in time, please reach out to make arrangements. - Check-out time is 12 Noon. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments(Initial Deposit) - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Children & Pets Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Pets are welcome Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. LODGING POLICIES - Canyon Creek Campground and RV Park is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. - If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call/email us at least 14 days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, less a $10 processing fee per site. - In the unlikely event that you must cancel within 14 days, no refund. - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. - A 14-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
