To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In for campsites and RV sites: 1:00 P.M. - Check in for cabins/lodging is 3:00 P.M. - Check-Out for cabins and lodging: 11:00 A.M. - Check-Out for campsites and RV sites: 12:00 P.M. - A late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Age - Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. Payment - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit or debit card. - By providing a credit or debit card number, you are giving Country Acres Resort authorization to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at departure. Liability - Any damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required shall result in the card on file being charged accordingly. Reservations for RV Sites - RV's must be 15 years or newer and in good condition. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. - No more than one (1) RV is permitted per site. - All RV rates include 4 people per site. - Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $10 per person, per day. - Maximum of three (3) well behaved pets allowed in RV sites. - Sorry no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed on sites. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. - There is a one-time $25 fee for pet reservation. - Proof of vaccination and insurance for pets must be made readily available if asked for by management. Reservations for Cabins/Lodging - Maximum of two (2) well behaved pets allowed in accommodations. - Please alert the resort in advance if you will be traveling with a pet. - Sorry no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed on sites. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. - There is a one-time $25 fee for pet reservation. - No RV's, boats, trailers or etc., may be parked at the accommodation. - Please inquire with the Front Desk for alternate parking areas, subject to an additional fee. Parking - All sites allow for two passenger vehicles, all other passenger vehicles, boats, RV's, trailers, etc. are subject to an additional fee. - Upon arrival please check with the front office staff to let them know you have arrived, you will receive a map of the park as well as highlights of the resort rules. Please feel free to ask the front desk any questions you may have. Acknowledgement - By placing a reservation, you agree that you have read and shall abide by all resort policies as they have been presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. - There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made prior to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, not including the day of arrival, are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 - Cancellations made within 3 days of scheduled arrival shall be charged 1 night fee. - Cancellations made on the day of arrival are not eligible for a refund. - Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees. - Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather. Refund Policy - Any refunds being made will be made within 5-10 business days. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
