Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check-in 3pm. - Check-out is noon. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - 10pm to 8am. Speed Limit - 5mph. 30amp Campers - All sites have 50amp receptacle. - 30 amp adapter required. Visitor - Registered campers are responsible for their visitors and will be held financially responsible for any damage to property. - Please make sure visitors are aware of community rules. Guest - Guest releases Camper Hollow of any natural occurrences such as damage from trees and weather, etc. - Guests will be responsible for all court costs and fees and attorney fees should any legal action be required to enforce these rules. Fees - All fees paid to Camper Hollow are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. Trash - All trash must be placed in bags before going in dumpster and guests may not leave trash outside. Property - Property is monitored 24/7 by cameras and management. Vehicle Policy - All vehicles must be registered and insured and must be on file in the office. Camper Hollow is not responsible for any damages or loss. - Please do not park on neighboring sites and keep all driveable off grassy areas. - 1 RV per site, 1 vehicle per site unless otherwise discussed during reservation - Vehicles and golf carts – licensed drivers only. - Only battery powered atv’s or utv’s or golf carts may be used on property. Campsite - All campsites to be kept neat and tidy, clean and free of debris including but not limited to rubbish, lawn equipment, trailers, construction equipment, generators, etc. - No items may be stored under or outside campers and must be stored in storage compartments unless otherwise approved. - No structures of any kind on sites. - No digging, flagpoles, signs, plantings, landscaping, no clotheslines, stakes, lawn ornaments on sites. - No maintenance or mechanical work or repairs will be allowed on property. - No vehicle hoods left popped open. Prohibited Activity/Items - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited on property. - Illegal drugs are prohibited. - No illegal activity of any kind permitted. - Drones are not permitted on property. - No washing vehicles or RV’s. - No large trash in dumpsters. - No school bussing. - No Parole, No probation and no open court appointed mandate, no convicted felons allowed on premises - No sale or solicitation of any product including but not limited to souvenirs, food, merchandise, etc. Pressure Valves Recommended - Pressure valves recommended on water hookup as we have very high water pressure at times. - Well water filters recommended. Tents - Tents prohibited in RV sites. Pet Policy - 2 pets per site are welcome but must be registered at the office. - No aggressive breeds, for example Pitbull's. - All pets must be on a leash outside at all times, never tie animal outside, never put in a cage outside, or leave unattended. - No fences. - Always cleanup after pet. - Be a good neighbor and keep pets off other guest sites. - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs other guests. - Guests who do not adhere to these rules can be asked to leave with no refund. - Guests will assume all damages for pet. Sewer - Sewer do not required for full hookup sites. - No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on ground or in dumpsters, there will be a $200 charge for sewer spills or leaking sewer lines. - Any sewer smells coming from site will be investigated for leaks and can result in guest having to vacate the property. Mail - No Permanent Address use, no mail and no packages may be received at Camper Hollow’s address. Pond - Absolutely no swimming is allowed at the pond. - Do not go beyond or inside pond fencing. - Catch and release fishing is allowed with state issued TN fishing license. - No minors under the age of 16yrs old are allowed at the pond unless accompanied by an adult over 21yrs of age. Device - Please use a surge protector to protect your assets. Incidents - Please report accidents/incidents to management within 24hrs of incident. Monthly Fees - Monthly fees are due a day prior to the next month to continue to secure site. - If fees are not paid timely the site will be rented to a new guest. RV ​- 10yr Rule Clause applies for long term guests – Requires RV’s to be 10yrs old or newer to stay on the property for longer than 30 days. Camp Fire Rules - Campfires must be attended at all times. - Never use gasoline to start fire. - Do not put leaves or paper in campfire to prevent fly away embers and smoke. - Douse campfire with water to ensure fire is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended. - Please use designated ring for campfires. Park Disclaimer - Camper Hollow reserves the right to move any camper or RV that has been abandoned or who has not paid the site fees or is in violation of health department.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
