Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: 12pm - 9pm - Check out time: 11am - All guests must check in with management upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment - Payment must be received in full to guarantee your RV site. RV Site - Your RV site will be assigned upon your reservation request and payment. - Subject to change if deemed necessary. - If you would like to be next to someone, please designate it on your reservation form. Parking Policy - No parking is allowed in the street. - Please do not park in any empty site or common areas. Speed Limit - Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times. Vehicle - Anyone operating a motorized vehicle on the resort property must have a valid driver's license. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. - Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs are strictly prohibited. Pet Policy - All pets must be contained or restrained on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times. - Droppings and any waste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to trash containers. Cleanliness - Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. - Please keep the outside storage of items to a minimum. Fire Policy - No ground fires are allowed. - Grills cannot be used for open fires. - Fires must be contained in an above-ground outdoor enclosed fire pit. Waste - Waste/sewage, water, or effluent from sinks or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited in the holding tank located on your RV site. - Nothing can be deposited directly on any pavement, dirt, or vegetation. Tent Camping - Sites are designed for approved recreational vehicles only. - No tent camping on the grounds will be allowed. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Respect - Respect the property of all neighbors of the Resort property. - Do not trespass on their land. Law - All federal, state, and local laws must be obeyed at all times. Guest - Guests and all other users of the property are liable for all property damages. Campground Disclaimer - Shell Harbour RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV resort policies of good camping, for destroying, defacing property, and/or creating a disturbance. - Shell Harbour RV Resort is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Shell Harbour RV Resort and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please contact Shell Harbour RV Resort for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
