Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. - If you arrive early, we can grant access to the campground, which requires an additional fee of $25; we can not guarantee access to your site. - We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11:00 a.m. - All campers, guests, and pets must be registered at the office upon arrival and prior to entering the Park. - Registered campers are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered at the office and that all park rules are followed. - Late checkout is $20 if the site isn't booked. - If you check out after 4:00 p.m., you will be charged for another day's stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Locking Fee - Specific campspots may be requested but are not guaranteed. - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite by paying our locking fee. - If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site type but not a specific unit number. Occupancy - Registered guests must park at assigned sites. - One site and two cars per site; extra vehicles $5, not including day guests' vehicles, must park in overflow parking. - Limit 4 people per site, $5 each additional fee per person applies after. Age Requirements - Must be 18 or older to rent a campsite and 21 or older to rent the Cabin, RVs, or Studio Suites. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Keep noise levels down, with headphones or a small portable speaker with a low volume. Office Hours - Office Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Speed Limit - 5 mph speed limit in the park. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Pet owners are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - We reserve the right to request that guests with hostile and disruptive pets leave the park. - No pets allowed in the RV Rentals. Site Maintenance & Modifications - Keep your site clean, free of litter, and in the same condition when you check out. - You can't make changes to your site without written consent. Grey Water - The discharge of grey water into the environment has been found to be a significant risk to public health. - Please make sure your wastewater (grey water) outlets are connected to the sewer pipe and all the connections are secure and do not leak. RV Repair Assistance - We know of Certified and Trained Technicians who can provide repairs to your RV in an emergency. - Please advise the office if you have a Tech coming onto the property. Mail & Package Deliveries - The Park does not provide mail service. - The Post Office is a few miles away and provides PO Boxes. - We accept UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliveries. Vehicle & RV Washing - RV and vehicle washing is prohibited without prior approval from the office. Smoking Policy - Smoking is permitted at your RV, your campsite, and designated smoking areas. - Smoking is not permitted in any building, public space, swimming area, laundry, bathroom facilities, or in any area that may cause concern to your fellow campers. - Do not dispose of your cigarette butts on the ground or anywhere on the property. Children Policy - Minors under the age of 12 should never be left alone on the park property. - Children are not to be left alone in the laundry and washroom without adult supervision. - Children must be supervised at all times. Fireworks Policy - No fireworks of any kind are permitted. Fire Rigs - Use fire rings only, and don’t have open or ground fires. Photography & Privacy - The Park may take photos of people, pets, and vehicles for advertising. Guest Conduct & Behavior - We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. - Profanity and unruly behavior are considered offensive and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund. Wildlife Feeding Guidelines - Feed the ducks only from the Camp store; other food may hurt their digestive system. Garbage - Please bag your garbage and use the dumpsters located near the exit of the park. - Please do not be a litter bug. Storage - We offer RV and trailer Storage Booking & Payment Policy - All future bookings require a $10 booking fee to hold your reservation. - Two days prior to your arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged. - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Discount - Veteran, current military, and all first responders (Nurse, Fire Fighter, Police, etc) receive a 10% discount. Returned Check Policy - All returned checks will be charged a handling fee of $25. Pool Rules - All people under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pool and within the pool area. - The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. - Please supervise children at all times. - Glass, bottles, or containers and alcohol are not permitted. - Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool. - Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. - Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in the pool. - Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed. - Larger flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted. - For your safety, the pool may need to be closed during severe weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds. Catch and Release Fishing Pond Rules - No swimming or wading is allowed in the pond. - Do not allow your pets to swim in the pond. - Fishing is allowed but please remember that this pond is catch (take a picture) and release. - Fishing is for guests only. - No parking on the grass by the pond.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
