Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Check out time: 11:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Respectful Camping Guidelines - Be considerate of others staying in the park. - No loud music, open fires, fireworks, barking dogs, kids running into other RV sites or camping spaces, parking in someone else’s space, or annoying other campers. - Please help us maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful park. Restroom & Laundry Policy - Access to the laundry, bathrooms, and showers is for paying campground customers only. - Please be respectful of others and leave the bathrooms and showers in a clean, orderly fashion after use. - Washers and dryers are pay-for-use and are not included in the nightly rental rates. - Instructions for use of the laundry can be found inside the building or by contacting the camp host. Trash Policy - Bag and dispose of all trash in the dumpsters. - Keep RV sites and the common area clean, trash and clutter-free. Pet Policy - Dogs are welcome; however, dogs must be cleaned up after and they must be leashed at all times. - No aggressive dog breeds are allowed. - A clean-up fee will be charged if dog feces in left in your RV site or in the common area. - Please be considerate of others and clean up after your dog. Lawn Maintenance Policy - During the warmer months, the grass is mowed, watered, fertilized, and treated for weeds as needed. - During your stay, you should expect to move your personal items off the grass while the grass area is mowed, watered, and, as needed, fertilized or treated for weeds. - Be respectful of the lawn staff and make their job easier by moving your personal items off the grass and understanding that sprinkler overspray may occur on vehicles, RVs, and personal items. Vehicle Policy - When entering or leaving the park, either by vehicle or on foot, please use the gravel and paved roads only. - Do not drive on the grass or cut through the neighboring RV sites. - Please be alert for children, pets, and other adults who may be on foot. Speed Limit - The maximum speed limit is 5 mph. Campground Disclaimer - The RV Park is not responsible for damage to you or your guests vehicles. - RV or persons that may be incurred while entering, parking, hooking up, unhooking, driving in and around the park, departing or at any other time while you are at your RV site or in the common areas. - Any electrical, water, sewer or any other component damaged as a result of your use of the park facilities are your responsibility. - If you have questions about towing, backing up, unhitching, hooking up, detaching the water, sewer or power, or any other items related to your RV use or hookups, please seek competent advice prior to arriving.
Cancellation policy for Sugar City RV Park
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy - Payment must be paid at the time of reservation and prior to arriving at the RV park. - Cancellations must be completed via the online portal by clicking " cancel reservation " from the online portal. - No later than noon mountain time prior to the first night stay in said reservations. Refund Policy - Refunds will be issued as follows: - Thirty (30) days or greater, a refund of 100% of the reservation payment. - Between 29 and 15 days, a refund of 50% of the reservation payment. - If notice is provided 14 days or less, no refund of the reservation payment will be offered. - Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on credit card processing timelines. - Refunds will be net of any credit card fees (currently 3.5%) incurred at booking and during the refund process. - Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original payment(s). Cancellation Modification - In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the Campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. - Any additional service fee charged to you by the Campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing. - Both you and each Campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification. Booking - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your Campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your Campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. - Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
