Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Arrival time is 3 PM. - Departure time is 12 PM. - If you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your same site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time - Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. - Please be considerate of others. - No loud music at any time. - Quiet time is strictly enforced by on-site security/management. Speed Limit - Please maintain a speed of 10 mph or less throughout the property. Sewer Policy - Your sewer hose needs to be fastened at both ends using a connector or a rubber donut. Children Policy - Children under age 17 should always be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian. - Children should never be left unattended. - We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. - You are solely liable for their behavior. Pet Policy - Well-behaved and vaccinated pets are welcome but must be on a leash when outside your vehicle or attended in the designated fenced off-leash pet area. - A two (2) pet maximum is allowed per reserved lot—no exceptions. - Always clean up after pets. - Do not leave pets tethered or in a pen outside when you are absent. - No pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry. - The owner is responsible for their pets and their actions. - The following dog breeds are not permitted on the property: Pitbulls, Dobermans, and Rottweilers (or any other breed not permitted due to local law). Trash Rules - Trash dumpsters located on the property are for personal trash only. - All trash must be bagged and tied. - Sites are to be kept clean and orderly as determined by management. Insurance - All RVs should be equipped with a surge protector due to insurance requirements. Cleaning Of Vehicles - Washing vehicles in the park is permitted; your RV needs to be clean and in good repair. - Please have the cleaning crew provide their own water. - If you would like to wash your vehicle, check with the office staff. 10-Year Rule Policy - To help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that RVs be model year 2015 or newer (within the past 10 years). - That said, we understand that many older RVs are well-maintained and in excellent condition. - If your RV is older than 10 years, you're still welcome to stay with us—just send us a few recent photos of your RV so we can ensure it meets our park standards. - Our goal is to be fair and flexible while keeping the park looking great for everyone. - If you have any questions or want to request an exception, please feel free to reach out. Internet - WiFi is offered free of charge with your reservation. - If you experience problems with your connection, please inform management. Fireworks and Firearms Rules - No fireworks allowed. - No open firearms displayed. - Use of any open flame device besides grills in public areas, toxic chemicals, or any other hazardous equipment or supplies in the RV park is prohibited. - Ground fires or fire pits on the property are prohibited. Firepits - No wood-burning firepits are allowed. - Only propane firepits can be used. - Ensure propane firepits are off artificial turf. Parking Policy - Two vehicles per campsite (additional vehicles are not permitted). - Please park in front of your RV out of the main drives. Pond - No swimming or getting into the pond. Boat Policy - Please, no outside boats, canoes, or rubber rafts/floaties allowed in the pond. Alcohol Policy - Alcohol consumption is permitted for all campers over the legal age of 21. - When consuming alcohol on the property, you are liable for your own safety and the safety of others. - Do not drive on property (including golf carts or bicycles) after drinking. - You are also liable for any destruction caused by you or your party. - Please respect your neighbors and limit noise while consuming alcohol. Respecting Other Campsites - Respect social distancing, and please do not cross over occupied camp sites. Respecting Other Campers - Remember the Golden Rule and treat other campers the way you would like to be treated. - Use of hate speech or hateful acts of any kind is absolutely prohibited. - Degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated. - Do Not Hang Things From Trees/Picnic Tables - Please do not tie ropes, chains, or leashes, including hammocks, tents, clotheslines, etc., around our trees or picnic tables. Visitors Policy - All visitors should register at the campground office upon arrival. Conduct - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated on the property. Ejection - These park rules were created with the health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all in mind. - Any violations of the rules above are grounds for dismissal from the park.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Refunds - For any reason, you are asked to leave at the time of registering at the office, or choose to leave early, no refund will be given. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
