Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit inside the campground is 5 MPH. - The campground is a one-way road and children are playing. - This speed limit is strictly enforced by both staff and your fellow campers. Prohibited - "Flushable" wet-wipes and non-RV compatible toilet paper are strictly forbidden. - Campground septic systems have a considerable load, and obstructions can cause a backup into your camper, into other campers, or render whole sections of the campground inoperable. - RV toilet paper is indicated as such, or Scott 1-ply toilet paper is a typical acceptable use. Parking - There will be times when parking is crowded. - When asked, please move cars or boats to temporary parking areas. - Park in a manner that leaves room for your neighbors to get in and out of their sites. - Do not park on empty sites. Visitor - Visitors must stop at office to sign visitor log. - Camper must be on property for guests to be allowed into campground. - Sign in sheet will be hanging next to the door if the office is closed. Fees may apply. - Guests must be off property by 11PM or pay an overnight guest fee. - Campers are responsible for the actions of their guests. - Visitor's pets are by permission only. Cleanliness - No cleaning of fish on 10 acres property except in designated areas. - No fish in dumpster, no garbage in fish bags. - Fish remains should be bagged and placed in the appropriate pail. - Place garbage and recycling in appropriate dumpsters near campground exit. - No furniture, propane bottles or hazardous waste. - Large items must be disposed off campground property. - All cardboard should be flattened. Quiet hours - 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. - This applies to vehicles with loud exhaust, motorcycles, etc. - Be respectful of your neighbors. Drugs - Use of illegal drugs or excessive consumption of alcohol are prohibited. Pet Policy - Pets must be leashed. - Clean up after all pet messes. - All animals must be current on shots and vaccinations, and proof shall be provided upon request. - Dogs must not be left alone to bark. - Nuisance animals may be required to be removed from the park. - If a camper fails to clean up after their pet anywhere on campground property, a cleaning fee will be required. Vehicle - No more than 2 vehicles parked at any site. - A boat counts as a parked vehicle. - No more than 1 parking spot is guaranteed at any site. - Park in a way that facilitates other campers reaching their campsite as well. Children - Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when near the pond or lake. - No swimming at the pond. Pool Policy - Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. - Swim diapers required for babies and incontinent individuals. - No glass in the pool area. No food or drink in the pool itself. - Long hair should be tied back for safety purposes. - No pets in the pool or pool area. - Pool area hours are 9 AM to Dusk. - No smoking inside the pool area.
Cancellation policy for 10 Acres Campground
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - Single night reservations must be paid in full in advance and will not be refunded. - Cancellations due to weather are not refundable. - Cancellation, changes and reducing length of stay subject to $25 fee. - Cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit the deposit (50% of reservation). - Cancellations between 7 and 14 days notice subject to $50 fee. Refund Policy - No refunds for a stay in progress. - Refunds for other special circumstances are at the sole discretion of campground management. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
