Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - RV check-in time is flexible - RV check-out time is 11:00AM. - Check-in at the office. - Early arrival or late check-out must be approved by the park office (additional fees may apply). - We require as part of the registration process that all adults 18 and older must provide a copy of their driver license. - Contact the Park office if after-hours check-in is needed (additional fees may apply). - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Firearms - Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Alcohol & Drugs - Lone Ranger RV Park & Lodge, or any of its representatives, staff or owner will not be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence. - No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the park will be tolerated. Smoking - Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. - Do not throw them on the ground. - This includes your site area. Smoking is prohibited in any park building. Visitors - Visitors must comply with all park rules & regulations. - You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Children - Children must have adult supervision in all common areas. - Children must be always supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian. - Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted inside the park. Vehicle Policy - No parking on the street. - Park your vehicle in your assigned site only. - Any vehicle parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at the daily rate. - The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on park property. - Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local laws. RV Policies - All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. - Repair or maintenance on RVs or vehicles are not permitted on site. - All drivable vehicles must be current with registration. - All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the park property including golf carts. Occupancy - Every RV site includes (8) people and two vehicles in the rate. - Stays longer than 30 nights require a background check for all adults 18 and older. Payments - Registration and payment are due immediately upon arrival. - No exceptions. - Payment methods accepted are Cash, Visa, MasterCard. - On your day of departure, to assure full return of deposit, leave the site pad in a clean condition, free of all trash, debris, and any personal property. - The initial “Move-In” deposit will be applied towards your final electric bill, any other outstanding balances and cleaning fees. - Any remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded to you. Park Culture - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on RV Park property. - Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, behavior and/or actions directed at RV Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without refund at the sole discretion of Park management. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10:00PM - 8:00AM. - Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. - An after-hour disturbance fee may be assessed for any calls received. RV Site Generic - All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. - No campfires on the ground, they must be in a firepit. - Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills and manufactured above ground fire pits are permitted. - All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. Park Generic - A 10 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced at the front of the park and 5 MPH throughout the rest of the park. - Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed. - All trash must be deposited in community dumpsters. - No storage of trash on sites. Pet Policy - Pets are welcomed at Lone Ranger RV Park & Lodge. - You may have up to three pets per spot. - Your dogs must always be on a leash. - That includes your own area. You must always pick up after your pet. Park Liability - Lone Ranger RV Park & Lodge is not responsible for any damages that occur to a persons RV or vehicle while on the parks property. - Damages include but not limited to trees, wind, hail, fire, water, electrical, or any of the parks lawn maintenance equipment. How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
