Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV check-in is at 1 pm. - RV check-out is at noon. - Cabin check-in time for rental units is 3:00 pm. - Cabin check-out time is 12:00 pm. - An additional fee of $100.00 will apply for departure after 12:00 pm unless previous arrangements have been made with the staff in the office. - The fee will be charged against the credit card on file. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Charges Bringing your own Golf Cart/ATV - $50.00 E-Bike Rental (5 hours) - $45.00 - Rent an E-bike to enjoy the Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail with ease. E-Bike Rental (8 Hours) - $85.00 - Rent an E-bike to enjoy the Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail with ease! Extra Vehicle - $5.00 / nightly - If you are bringing an additional vehicle-beyond the RV and 1 tow vehicle-add this on! Golf Cart Rental - $380.00 / nightly - Rent a golf cart 4 seater for your stay! Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 mph in the park at all times. Campfires Policy - No transporting of firewood or other materials to burn may be brought into the park. - Fire rings are provided for campfires and to provide a safe area to burn certified firewood only. - Please do not move fire rings. - Do not burn anything but purchased firewood. - No garbage, food waste, or cigarette butts are to be thrown into the fire rings. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11 pm–8 am. - Be kind to your camping neighbors. - Children must be with an adult or at their site. Visitors Policy - All visitors must check in at the office. - The visitor fee is $5 daily and $10 overnight with a registered guest. - A waiver and wristband are required to be in the park. - Visitors must leave by 10 pm. Trash & Recycling Policy - Do not litter. - Put RV/kitchen garbage in plastic garbage bags and place them into a dumpster provided by the camp store. - Loose garbage and cans can be placed into the provided receptacles throughout the park. - Please, no outside trash is to be brought in. - Please recycle. - Recycling bins are provided with blue lids. - Cigarette butts are litter. Restricted Areas - No cars/trucks permitted in the nature area, trail, wetlands, or lower area by the river. Fireworks - No fireworks of any kind are to be used by guests due to a town ordinance. Conduct - Drunken and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Beach Area Rules - No use of stakes or poles at the swim pond beach. - This is a manmade pond with a liner that can be punctured by sharp objects. - Damages can range into the thousands of dollars. - No umbrellas. - Violation of these rules that causes extensive damage or incurs an additional cost to owners will be transferred to the offending guests for violating such rules. Smoking - There is no smoking inside the rental units. - A $150 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file if you violate this rule. - Outside, all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. - Do not litter on the ground or in fire pits. Pets in Rentals - There are no pets allowed in our rental units. - A $250 fee will be assessed to the credit card on file if you violate this rule. Unit/Cabin Condition - You are responsible for the condition of your unit upon departure. - The unit should be left in good condition, with the exception of mopping. - We reserve the right to assess cleaning fees or replacement fees for missing or broken inventory items. - Any additional fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Lost Keys - If cabin keys are not returned to the office or left in the designated area, you will be charged a $100 fee for these lost or stolen keys. Rental/Cabin Issues - If you encounter any problems with your rental accommodations during your stay, please reach out to the office to correct the issue. Cabin Septic Use - The rental accommodation is on a holding tank septic and is rated for minimal use by 4–6 people. - If you have guests, neighboring campers, tenters, or visitors using the cabin facilities, the tank will become filled sooner than our scheduled pumping. - If this is the case, you will be assessed an additional fee of $100 to cover the expense of additional pumping services. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless within the fenced dog run area. - Please do not bring pets to the swimming pond/beach area. - Dogs can swim in the river and run in open lowlands near the river. - Pet owners are required to be responsible and safe with their pets and other guests. - You must clean up after your pets. - Do not leave pets unattended. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - Whiskey Creek Family RV Park is pet-friendly and welcomes our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and/or cat. - However, to ensure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy. - While Whiskey Creek Family RV Park does not explicitly prohibit any breed of dogs, we do have policies against accepting certain breeds that have been identified by our major insurance provider as having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to other dogs and to humans. - These breeds are pit bulls and pit bull mixes, rottweilers, and dobermans. - All dog owners assume all risk and liability if their dog causes damage to private or public property, or causes harm to any other individual or animal while on the premises. - All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. - A six-foot leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's camping trailer, vehicle, bunkhouse, or motorhome. - No dog should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner's vehicle, trailer,/or bunkhouse. - Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted, and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet’s barking behavior. - Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at the time of reservation or registration. - We encourage all dog owners to reach out in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation. - Whiskey Creek Family RV Park does not allow pets in the bunkhouse due to possible guest allergies. - Please reach out in advance to inquire about availability for you and your pet. - Service dogs of any breed are welcome at Whiskey Creek Family RV Park. - However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior. - Emotional support animals are not considered Service animals. Inclement Weather Safety - In case of inclement weather, seek shelter in the bathhouse.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
