Need to know about Dino Valley RV Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-in Time: 1:00 PM. - Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. (central standard time) - If you are a long-term rental your reservation is month to month. - Please communicate as soon as possible about your next month's reservation so your site is not booked by upcoming reservations. - Call or text management if questions or concerns upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations - If the park has no vacancies then we will place you on our list and work hard to get you the first available spot. - Reservations at this time can be made by phone. - However, our website will be live very soon and reservations can be placed there. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome at our park. - Maximum of 2 pets per pad. - If more than this it will require prior approval by management. - All pets must be leashed and under the physical control of their adult owner at all times in our park. - You are required to pick up any animal excrement, even if this is not on your grass pad and in other parts of the park. - Pet pens and cages are allowed as long as they are secure, under the direct supervision of an adult. - Do not damage our grass. - Pets must not be aggressive or disruptive. - If reported and confirmed this is grounds for removal from the park. - You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. - Management is working hard to get a fenced in park for your pets to run freely. Grass Lot - No driving or parking on our grass lawn. - No rugs or other items are to be placed on the grass as this will kill the grass. - No dumping of liquids on the grass that may kill it or damage it. - If unsure, please ask management. Washing of Vehicles/RV - Please keep in mind washing vehicles requires permission from RV park management. - Please be considerate of the amount of water used to ensure no damage to the site or neighboring sites. - Additional fees for water usage may be attached to invoicing if excessive water usage is noted. Site Fee - All site dues will be invoiced at the beginning of each month and are due at the time of arrival. - Dues received after the 10th of each month will have a $100 late fee attached. - Each site is allotted for a total of 4 people. - Additional guests will inquire an additional charge of $15.00 a month, and this is to be paid at the time of dues. RVs, Sites, and Other Vehicles - No parking is allowed in the grass area and should be designated to only the spot leased. - Additional parking may be available upon request for an additional charge. - All vehicles/RVs must be kept clean, orderly, and maintained. - RVs and vehicles must be fully operable and insured. - If oil leaks, plumbing/electric dysfunction, broken windows or other issues are evident or suspected, then this is grounds for additional fees or eviction from the property. - All pads are pull-through and have 70 feet in length for both RV and vehicle. - Please do not park on access roads. Trash - Dumpster is available for use at the edge of the property. - All trash must be in sealed bags and placed neatly in the dumpster. - We only allow normal household trash. - No large items/furniture or hazardous waste, paint, or tires are allowed. - Cigarette butts are to be properly discarded of, no butts are to be placed on the grass or in the fire pits. Winterizing Requirements - Sewer hose and water connections must be properly insulated/installed to prevent leaks and freezing temps. - RV park management requires you to obtain the proper equipment for winterizing your RV and space. - Please contact management if you are unsure of the requirements or needs in this region during the winter months. - If damage occurs from failure to take appropriate precautions or disconnect there may be a $200.00 fee to cover repair and water loss. Rugs and Mats - We do understand that these mats and rugs allow for a more comfortable space and experience. - However, our grass is very important to our current guests and future guests. - We can’t allow rugs or mats to be placed on the grass as this will kill the grass and create a mud zone for the people who come after you. - If rugs or mats are found to be left out there will be additional fees associated with this in order for us to sow new grass and maintain the pad. Children - We love having children in our park, however they must be supervised at all times. - They should not be out of your site after dark and any injuries or damages they may sustain or cause are parental responsibilities. Tents/Clotheslines - No tents, canopies, or clotheslines are allowed on our properties for safety reasons. Campfires/Fire rings - All portable fire rings must be placed on gravel to maintain and preserve the grass area. - Please contact management for further details or questions. - Fires must not exceed 2 feet and should be kept safely away from RV and other items. - Only firewood is to be burned in the rings. - Do not place trash or other items in the ring. Campground Disclaimer - RV park management holds the right to terminate or refuse stay to any renters who do not comply with park rules. - Disregarding rules will result in additional fees or possible eviction from property. - Please understand we love our park and want it to be in the best possible condition for you and our future guests. - We are so grateful for your stay and we hope you treat this as your own home.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
