Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV check-in time: 2 p.m. - RV check-out time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Liability - Serenity RV Park is not responsible for any stolen or missing property. - Serenity RV Park is not responsible for any injuries. - Serenity RV Park is not responsible for any damages from third parties. Site Occupancy - One RV or camper per site, no tents or outdoor camping. Parking Rules - All vehicles parked at a site must be parked on the gravel or concrete of that site. - No parts of the vehicle can be left on the road. Amenities Use - Park amenities to be used by park guests only. Trash Disposal - Please dispose of trash in the dumpster provided. - No littering. Fireworks - Use of fireworks is prohibited. Smoke/Vape Restrictions - All buildings are smoke/vape-free. Occupancy Limits - Daily rates apply for a maximum of 4 people with no more than 6 total persons per site. - Additional charges will apply for extra persons. Pet Rules - Animals must always be on a leash when not in their RV or inside the Dog Park. - Pet owners are responsible for the cleanup of their pet’s waste. - All animals must always be supervised. - Pet owners should have shot records available upon request. Children’s Supervision - Children under 13 must always be supervised. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 7 am. Vehicle & Site Restrictions - No washing vehicles or RVs in the park. - No permanent structures on sites. Unauthorized Vehicles - Any vehicle or RV occupying a site unauthorized or ordered to be removed from a site must vacate the site immediately upon notification. Abandoned Property - Any item, vehicle, structure, or property left on the premises for more than 10 days becomes the property of Serenity RV park and will be disposed of at the park owner's discretion. Extended Stay Guests Rules General Applicability - All regular park rules apply to Extended Stay rules as well. Eligible RV Types - Extended Stay applies to motorhomes, 5th wheels, and bumper pull campers (herein called RV), excluding truck campers, and pop-ups. Extended Stay Site Eligibility - Extended Stay rules apply to RV sites only, and no extended cabin stays will be allowed. - Extended Stay rules will have restrictions on the quality and operational status of any RV. - A maximum of 8 sites will be allowed to be designated as extended stay sites. Site Occupancy (Extended Stay) - One RV or camper per site, no tents or outdoor camping. Extended Stay Vehicle Limits - Extended Stay sites can have no more than 2 motorized 4-wheel vehicles and one motorized 2-wheel vehicle. - All vehicles parked at a site must be parked on the gravel or concrete of that site. - No parts of the vehicle can be left on the road. Prohibited Structures (Extended Stay) - Absolutely no underpinning, portable or permanent structures such as pavilions, carports, steps, fencing, signs, clotheslines, etc., at any time. Violation Enforcement - Park management reserves the right to demand removal of any items that violate the Extended Stay Rules. - Once notified in writing of a violation, the guests have 7 days to completely remedy the violation or remove all items from the premises. - Any items left on the site after 7 days can and will be impounded and moved by the Park Manager, at the Guest’s expense. Extended Stay Rates & Payment - Extended Stay monthly rates apply for a maximum of 2 adults, with additional fees charged for up to 2 additional people. - This is at the Park Manager's discretion. - Payment must be made a month in advance. Local Ordinances - All guests must follow and obey the town of Sherman and Pontotoc County Ordinances

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - All reservations cancelled before 48 hours of check-in will receive a full refund, minus a small cancellation/processing fee. - All reservations cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit any refunds. - All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please email Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation at [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
