To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: flexible. - Check-out time: 11:00 AM CST. - Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability—please call ahead to confirm. - Late check-ins are welcome. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at the time of check-in for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. - Weekly rentals: Payment is due on the same day of the following week. Monthly rentals: Payment is due 30 days from the check-in date. - All payments must be made in advance. - A grace period of one day is allowed; after that, a $5 per day late fee will be assessed. - Rentals must be current to extend the agreement. Parking and Site Use - Please park only in your assigned, numbered site, ensuring all vehicles fit within the designated area. - A maximum of one vehicle per site is permitted. - Do not occupy or use another guest’s site. Speed Limit - The speed limit within the park is 5 MPH. - Please drive slowly and carefully to ensure the safety of children, pets, and all guests. Security - For the safety of all guests, do not share your gate access code. - All visitors must contact the office for entry into the park. Quiet Hours - To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pet Policy - For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - Pets should not be left unattended or tied outside. - Owners are required to clean up after their pets to maintain a clean and safe environment. Park Cleanliness - To help maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests, please dispose of all trash in tied plastic bags and place them in the designated dumpster. - A minimum $10.00 clean-up fee may be charged for items such as cigarette butts, pet waste, or other debris. - All areas will be inspected for cleanliness and damage, and additional fees may be applied to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required. Privacy Policy - Please respect the privacy of your neighbors and refrain from entering their sites unless expressly invited. Solicitation or Advertising - Solicitation or advertising of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises without the prior consent of Three Oaks and a Pine. No Washing - Vehicle and trailer washing is not permitted on-site. - Additionally, no automotive repairs or maintenance are allowed on the premises. Maximum Length of Stay - The maximum length of stay is 3 months (90 days). - Guests must check out after 3 months, but may renew upon availability. - Renewal requests must be made at least 7 days before the end of the stay. Pet, Age, and Vehicle Restriction - Each reservation includes up to 4 guests, and this count includes children. - Up to One Vehicle & 2 pets are allowed per site and are included in the stay. - Additional vehicles may incur extra fees or may not be permitted, depending on availability. Campground Disclaimer - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Royal Palms RV Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
